In these embodiments, the dispenser mechanism is coupled to the outer sleeve and the inner container is removably coupled to the outer sleeve.

In these embodiments, the diptube plug has a first press-fit surface, and the diptube is removably coupled to the container by a press fit between the first press-fit surface of the diptube plug and the container mouth.
