The invention relates to a device for changing a reel and for connecting a new material web to the end of an old material web, with a first reel () from which the first material web thereof which is wound thereon can be unwound, a transport device (), particularly a transport roller, by means of which the first material web can be guided in a guiding region at a transport speed, a second reel () with which the new material web can be prepared, a drive device for rotatably driving the second reel, a separating device () for cutting through the first material web, by means of which the material web can be cut through in the guiding region or upstream of the guiding region in order to produce a trailing end, and a control and/or regulating device for the mutual adjustment of the trailing end and the beginning () of the second material web, such that the trailing end and the beginning of the web are at a distance of more than 0 mm from each other and particularly do not overlap. The invention relates to a method for adapting at least one winding parameter of a winding device during winding of a film web on a winding core, having the following steps: &#x2014;conveying of the film web along a measuring path between a first driven roll and a second driven roll&#x2014;increasing of the web tension of the film web between the first roll and the second roll&#x2014;continuous detecting of the drive parameters of the first roll and of the second roll at least in the form of the torque and the circumferential speed, &#x2014;determining of a stress-strain diagram from the detected drive parameters&#x2014;adapting of at least one winding parameter of the winding device on the basis of the determined stress-strain diagram in order to achieve a defined elongation of the film web during winding on the winding core.

Method for adapting at least one winding parameter of a winding device

A reversing device for a film web, which has a take-off device, has at least one turning device and at least one deflecting roller. The film web can be guided by the take-off device via the at least one turning device and the at least one deflecting roller to a winding device. The axes of the take-off device, the at least one turning device, and the at least one deflecting roller are adjustable in angle relative to one another. The at least one deflecting roller is formed as an expander roller having an expanding capacity which increases towards the end faces of the deflecting roller.
