Pre-staged deposit details for a deposit are received from a deposit interface and the details are linked to a code associated with a deposit bag. The code is subsequently scanned at a terminal, the pre-staged details are obtained based on the code, a lock box of the terminal is unlocked for the bag to be dropped into the lock box, a deposit transaction is processed based on the pre-staged details, and the box is locked. A real-time notification is provided within a staff interface that identifies the terminal and the transaction. The code is scanned when that bag is removed from the lock box and the pre-staged details are populated within the staff interface. Staff details are recorded for the transaction during a verification procedure. The staff details are posted to a financial institution backend system and any discrepancies between the pre-staged details and the staff deposit details are noted.

System and methods for deposit transactions

Biometric features are derived from security data associated with a subject. The security data is obtained from a security device. A biometric value is calculated from the biometric features. The biometric value is anonymized to an identifier associated with the subject. The identifier is integrated with event data associated with a security system. In an embodiment, the security device is a Personal Identification Number (PIN) pad integrated into a transaction terminal, the security data is fingerprint data, which is read from a finger of the subject placed on a fingerprint reader integrated into the PIN pad, and the biometric value is a PIN calculated from fingerprint data during a transaction at the transaction terminal. In an embodiment, the security device is a security camera, the security data is a secure video stream, and the biometric features are facial features of the subject in the secure video stream.

Anonymized biometric data integration

A single-handed user interface is provided. Responsive to a single action provided by a single hand of a user when touching a touchscreen display, a first screen is rendered by the interface on the touchscreen display, which configures the interface for operation by the user while using one hand. Further second screens are rendered based on selections provided by the user while using the hand to navigate features of an application associated with the interface. Each feature provided by the application is accessible though the rendered screens by the single hand of the user. In an embodiment, each feature of the application is accessible through the rendered screens by a thumb of the user.

A portable Point-Of-Sale (POS) device includes: at least one touchscreen interface, a dual magnetic card and chip card slot situated on one side of the POS device, at least one wireless transceiver for network connectivity to and from the POS device, and a processor configured to process POS transactions on the POS device using the at least one touchscreen interface, the dual magnetic card and chip slot, and the at least one wireless transceiver.

Portable point-of-sale (POS) device

Disclosed is a modular locker system. The modular locker system may include a plurality of slave lockers and a control cube. Each of the plurality of slave lockers may have a slave processing unit. The control cube may have a master processing unit electrically coupled to the slave processing unit of each of the plurality of slave lockers. The control cube may be configured to: receive a customer code, and transmit an unlock command to one of the plurality of slave lockers in response to receiving the customer code.
