A method of nondestructive, reversible fixing of a coherent layer to a substrate, comprising the steps of anchoring a nonfibrous coherent layer to a film having either or both of projecting or embedded anchoring elements, wherein the anchoring elements provide mechanical anchorage of the coherent layer to the film, and fixing the coherent layer and film to the substrate. The coherent layer is anchored by applying a liquid or paste form material to the substrate that sets on the substrate to form the coherent layer, which is nonadhesive or only slightly adhesive to the film.

Use of a film with anchoring elements for a mechanic fixation

The present invention relates to a device for removing joint filler and a method of using the same. The device includes a body member and a peeling element located adjacent to the front end of the body member. The peeling element includes at least two peeling points, where the first peeling point is located proximate to the topside of the peeling element and the second peeling point is located proximate to the underside of the peeling element. The device also includes an opening located between the peeling element and body member.

Hand-held device for removing joint fillers

A caulking gun requiring little space when not in use is provided. The caulking gun has an elongate receiving unit for holding a cartridge containing the product to be dispensed and a handle which, when the caulking gun is being operated, extends outward in a crosswise or diagonal manner relative to the elongate receiving unit. The handle may be moved into a position substantially parallel to the elongate receiving unit when not in use.

The invention relates to a cartridge system comprising a tubular cartridge pistol and a cartridge which can be inserted into the cartridge pistol. The outlet end of the cartridge protrudes out of the cartridge pistol when the cartridge is in an inserted position. The cartridge is provided with an attachment piece at the end for attaching an outlet nozzle. The aim of the invention is to improve the cartridge system in such a way that handling during operation of the system is considerably simplified and in particular no additional auxiliary elements are required apart from said cartridge system. To this end, the attachment piece is sealed with a pierceable membrane on the inside, and the outlet nozzle is provided with piercing elements at the attachment end for piercing the membrane. The piercing elements can be engaged with the attachment pierce.

A refill cartridge for a stick product dispenser, for stick products including adhesive sticks, lipsticks, release agent sticks, shaving soap sticks, coloring sticks, and so forth, is provided by molding the stick product material to have a shape substantially the same as the internal shape of the associated dispenser casing or holder, and to fill the free internal volume of the holder. When the stick product originally within the dispenser is used, the refill cartridge is partially inserted into an open end of the empty dispenser holder, and the cartridge is either pushed or drawn into the dispenser, for refilling the same with the desired stick product, and permitting nonconsumable portions of the stick product dispenser to be repeatedly reused via such refilling.
