A device for regulating a flow and distributing a fluid in a fluid circuit. The device has a housing with port elements and at least two disc elements, which are each formed with at least one passage opening. The disc elements are arranged at a distance from each other in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the device. A valve body, which has at least one passage opening, is formed between the disc elements. The at least one passage opening of the disc elements and the at least one passage opening of the valve body each are formed with the arrangement of the valve body relative to the disc elements and to the housing to control at least one flow cross section of a flow path through the housing with the port elements and through the disc elements and the valve body.

Device for regulating a flow and distributing a fluid circuit as well as a conveying unit with the device

A multi-port, rotary actuated valve assembly for controlling fluid flow in a vehicle is provided, which includes a valve housing defining a puck-receiving cavity. A puck is positioned within the puck-receiving cavity and is rotatable therein. The puck has a plurality of chambers that interconnect different combinations of ports provided in the valve housing depending on the rotational position of the puck. The chambers in the puck include at least a first chamber and a second chamber, each of which include a chamber opening on the distal end of the puck. The opening to the first chamber on the distal end of the puck is radially inboard of the opening to the second chamber such that at least two separate and parallel fluid flow paths are provided on the distal end of the puck along which fluid may enter or exit the first and second chambers, respectively.

A reciprocating piston machine includes a drive shaft having a central axis, a driving element rigidly connected to the drive shaft and extending essentially perpendicular to the central axis, a guide sleeve enclosing the drive shaft and axially displaceable thereon, and a spring element for applying a force to the guide sleeve and which on the one hand is supported on the guide sleeve and which on the other hand introduces forces into the drive shaft. Forces from the spring element are indirectly introduced into the drive shaft.

Reciprocating piston machine

A reciprocating piston engine, particularly a coolant compressor for motor vehicles, includes at least one piston movably supported in a cylinder. A pivot element in the form of a pivot ring is supported on a guide body attached to a shaft in an axially movable fashion such that the pivot element can execute a pivot motion. The pivot motion causes movement of the at least one piston. Spring forces of at least one return spring act on the pivot element in the direction of a start position in which the pivot element is pivoted at a starting pivot angle to a plane on which the rotary axis of the shaft stands upright. At least one further spring element acts on the return spring with an initial tension when the pivot element is in the start position.

Reciprocating piston engine

An air-conditioning system with a refrigerant medium circulating in a refrigerant loop has a variable-stroke compressor with a high-pressure outlet chamber, a drive chamber and an intake suction chamber. A first valve regulates a first flow of refrigerant medium from the high-pressure outlet chamber to the drive chamber, and a second valve regulates a second flow of refrigerant medium from the drive chamber to the intake suction chamber. The first and second valves operate independently of each other under the control of a control unit, and the variable stroke of the compressor is controlled by the first and/or second flow of refrigerant medium.
