A supply channel for a means of transportation is provided. The supply channel comprises a fluid line, an inflatable projection element having an opening and a pressure sensor which is configured for determining a pressure difference between an internal pressure in the projection element and an ambient pressure. The inflatable projection element is connected to the fluid line via the opening. The projection element is configured for being transferred from a compressed state to an inflated state by filling it with fluid from the fluid line. The projection element provides a predetermined projection surface in the inflated state.

A device for modifying audio signals to be output within a room is introduced. The device exhibits an input for supplying audio information and a processor unit for modifying the audio information. The device further exhibits at least two outputs for distributing respectively modified audio information. The processor unit is here adapted to modify the audio information in such a way that respective sound sources to be connected to the outputs simulate a linear sound source for outputting the audio information according to the audio signals. The linear sound source is here achieved via the coherent coupling of a plurality of point sound sources, for example loudspeakers.

Modification of audio signals for distribution in a room

An image generating illumination device is provided for interior surfaces of a means of transport. The illumination device includes, but is not limited to at least one or several projection units and a light-emitting diode arrangement. The projection units are designed to project a continuous image onto the surface of hat racks that are arranged one beside the other, and the light-emitting diode arrangement is designed to illuminate ceiling panels. The light that is projected by the light-emitting diode arrangement merges seamlessly into the continuous image.

A reading device, such as a reading lamp or reading spotlight, is provided for use in a vehicle, such as a motor vehicle with immovable properties or ships. The reading device for example can be used in passenger cabins and/or cockpits of aircraft. The reading device includes, but is not limited to an LED light source with a color temperature that can be adjusted with the color 'warm-white' to 'cold-white', a primary optics or lens advantageously designed as a converging lens, and a secondary optics or lens to focus the light emitted by the light source onto a surface, such as a reading plane to be illuminated.

The invention pertains to a floor element for a door area of an aircraft that comprises a floor segment and an illuminating device. The illuminating device is integrated into the floor segment. In addition, the illuminating device can be connected to central device of the aircraft such that the coordination and the supervision of evacuation measures can be simplified.

A projection method and projection device for projecting an overall image to interior walls of an aircraft, in which method or device the boundary regions of several partial images of an overall image to be presented are matched correspondingly, and partial images are pre-distorted in order to, in this way, obtain a large-area non-distorted image presentation even in the case of complex geometric shapes of projection areas, in which image presentation the transition regions of partial images are at least perceptible only to a limited extent.

A light module, a light-module carrier and an illumination system for an aircraft, which allow intelligent illumination and at the same time easy reconfiguration of cabin illumination. The light module provides information relating to its characteristics, while a control system determines a position of the light module on a light-module carrier, and on the basis of the determined position and of the characteristics of the light module adjusts the light module by way of a bus system of the light-module carrier according to a desired illumination.

Illumination system for passenger cabin illumination

An illumination device and an aircraft having an illumination device which by a corresponding selection of the wavelength and of the irradiation angle prevents a person situated in the aircraft from becoming tired. The illumination device is arranged in an aircraft such that light given off by the illumination device can be irradiated onto the retinohypothalamic tract of a person who is present in the aircraft in a predetermined position, and the illumination device is designed to give off light at a predetermined wavelength, which light achieves the desired effect.

An individual cabin illumination device in an aircraft, the device having a light source associated with a passenger or with a group of passengers and an antidazzle device, wherein the antidazzle device includes a multitude of light-directing units which may be arranged one beside the other. Each light-directing unit includes a light-inlet aperture, a light-outlet aperture and a wall that connects the light-inlet aperture to the light-outlet aperture, wherein the light-directing units allow diffusion of the light that can be given off by the light source essentially only onto the passengers associated with the light source.
