A gearbox housing with at least one first upper housing piece and a second lower housing piece, which may be detachably connected to each other. The gearbox housing has upper and lower housing pieces that are partially detachably connected to each other, with at least one rotating jointed connection between the upper housing piece and the lower housing piece, which are each arranged on a side described by the housing pieces in a view of the connection plane described by the profile and permitting a theoretical pivoting axis for pivoting the housing pieces relative to each other while maintaining the connection between the components. A catch is provided on the sides free of the rotating jointed connection.

Gearbox housing and gearbox module

The application relates to a unitary case for a plurality of angular drives which comprises at least one bevel gear step with a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, and which is provided for achieving various angles between a transmission input shaft and a transmission output shaft. The second bevel gear is coupled to the transmission output shaft in an indirect rotationally fixed manner. The unitary case is designed for a plurality of possible angular outputs wherein multiplication is substantially constant and the outer diameters of the individual bevel gears are substantially identical.

Unitary case for an angular drive

A transmission unit () comprising a transmission input shaft (F) and a transmission output shaft (A) as well as a transmission basic unit (), which is arranged between the transmission input shaft and the transmission output shaft, and which is coupled to an angular drive (). The angular drive comprises a first bevel gear () a second bevel gear (), whereby the second bevel gear can be coupled to the transmission output shaft in indirect rotationally fixed manner. The transmission unit is enclosed by a transmission case, which comprises at least one basic transmission case () that encloses the transmission basic unit&#x2014;and a transmission case part () that at least partially encloses the angular drive. The first bevel gear of the angular drive and a transmission element are directly interconnected in a rotationally fixed manner and are arranged next to one another in a spatially close manner. As a result, the transmission basic unit does not require elements for generating an axial force that supports the case cover on the wall of the case.
