An electrical power circuit assembly includes a heat sink having a first surface portion and a second surface portion, a power semiconductor module being in thermal contact with the first surface portion of the heat sink for dissipating heat from the power semiconductor module to the heat sink via the first heat sink surface portion, and a capacitor having an axis. The capacitor is arranged with its axis essentially parallel to the second heat sink surface portion and with a circumferential surface portion being in thermal contact with the second surface portion of the heat sink for dissipating heat from the capacitor to the heat sink via the second heat sink surface portion.

Electrical power circuit assembly

An electronic device including a sealed enclosure, the electronic components arranged inside the sealed enclosure and including high-loss high-temperature components, a main heat sink including ribs, wherein the high-loss high-temperature components are attached to the main heat sink and the ribs of the main heat sink are arranged outside the enclosure, a cavity formed inside the enclosure and divided into a plurality of channel-like sections, the channel-like sections configured for providing air flow guidance inside the enclosure and being interconnected at their ends, wherein at least one channel-like section contains the electronic components and at least one other channel-like section contains an air-to-air heat exchanger extending from inside the sealed enclosure to outside of the sealed enclosure, wherein the electronic components inside the at least one channel like section are adapted to be cooled by air flow inside the sealed enclosure.

Electronic device with waterproof enclosure

An exemplary electric apparatus includes a fan for generating a first airflow, a component space includes a secondary electric component, and a housing. In order to obtain efficient cooling solution one or more walls separate the component space including the secondary electric component from the first cooling element for preventing the first airflow from entering the component space. A second cooling element has a first end in the component space and a second end located outside of the component space for dissipating heat received from the secondary electric component to the first airflow.

Electric apparatus

A cooled electrical assembly is disclosed which includes a plurality of cooled components and a first cooling fan adapted to provide a cooling flow for cooling the cooled components, the first cooling fan including a blade holder and a fan blade, the fan blade having a fixed end stationary mounted to the blade holder and a free end adapted to swing for generating the cooling flow. The plurality of cooled components can include four substantially cylindrical components each having a centre axis, the four substantially cylindrical components being spaced apart and located such that the centre axis of each said substantially cylindrical component passes through a respective vertex of a quadrilateral, the free end of the fan blade being located between the four substantially cylindrical components and inside the quadrilateral.
