A refrigerant compressor unit, including a compressor housing and at least one compressor element that is arranged in the compressor housing, is movable by bearing and drive parts, and operates in at least one compressor chamber, at least one lubricant supply point arranged in the compressor housing for at least one of the bearing and drive parts and/or compressor element, and a lubricant supply line to the at least one lubricant supply point, wherein the lubricant supply line has a lubricant storage chamber through which lubricant flows and in which a lubricant presence sensor is arranged for detecting the presence of lubricant in the lubricant storage chamber.

A compressor unit including a screw compressor having a compressor housing that has a screw rotor chamber arranged in the compressor housing, two screw rotors that are arranged in the screw rotor chamber and are mounted on the compressor housing to be rotatable about a respective screw rotor axis, and at least one control slider, which is arranged in a slider channel of the compressor housing, is adjacent to both screw rotors and is movable in a direction of displacement parallel to the screw rotor axes and takes a form such that it affects the final volume and/or the initial volume, wherein there is provided on the screw compressor a compressor operational control unit that takes a form such that it performs a compressor operating function that assists at least one operation of the compressor unit.

A screw compressor comprises two screw rotors arranged in a screw rotor chamber, and mounted on the compressor housing to be rotatable about respective screw rotor axes, and mesh with one another. At least one control slide is arranged in a slide channel of the compressor housing, adjacently to both screw rotors by means of slide compression wall surfaces, is movable in a displacement direction parallel to the screw rotor axes, is rigidly connected to a piston rod that leads to a cylinder assembly for moving the at least one control slide, and is guided relative to the compressor housing by means of a guide insert that movably receives the piston rod in the displacement direction. The piston rod is guided transversely to the displacement direction in the guide insert in elastically resilient fashion by means of a guide element.

A screw compressor includes two screw rotors and two control sliders that are arranged one behind the other in a slider channel. The control sliders have a combined position with mutually facing end surfaces sealing tightly with each other, and being movable together and have a separated position, with positionable spacing from one another, forming an intermediate space. In a transfer position between the combined and separated positions, the control sliders form an inflow chamber into which the medium to be compressed flows out of one of the compression chambers by passing between the mutually facing end surfaces of the control sliders. One of the control sliders is provided with at least one outflow outlet that is adjacent to the inflow chamber and through which the medium from the inflow chamber enters an outflow opening in the slider channel that overlaps with the outflow outlet in this transfer position.

A screw compressor includes a compressor housing which has a screw rotor chamber arranged therein. Two screw rotors are arranged in the screw rotor chamber. At least one control slider is arranged in a slider channel of the compressor housing and is adjacent to both screw rotors by means of slider compression wall surfaces. The control slider is moveable in a direction of displacement parallel to the screw rotor axes. There is a position determining device for the at least one control slider. The position determining device has a position indicator that is coupled to the at least one control slider. The position indicator cooperates with a detector that extends parallel to the direction of displacement of the at least one control slider and along which the position indicator is moveable. The detector element is coupled to an evaluation device that determines the positions of the position indicator along the detector.

A refrigerant compressor particularly a rotary screw compressor comprising a compressor housing, a compressor element which is driven by a drive and is arranged in said compressor housing, at least one bearing unit for at least one element of the drive which comprises at least one bearing housing and at least one roller bearing that is arranged in the bearing housing. Lubricant is supplied by a lubricant distribution system to the bearing housing and a lubricant dispensing unit which comprises a filter holding chamber and a filter body that is arranged in the filter holding chamber is associated with the bearing housing.

In order to improve a screw compressor comprising a housing, at least one screw rotor arranged in a compressor housing of the housing, a lubricant sump which is arranged on the high pressure side and in which lubricant collects, and a lubricant supply device which supplies lubricant from the lubricant sump to the at least one screw rotor, in such a manner that the amount of circulating lubricant can be kept as small as possible for adequate lubrication, it is suggested that the lubricant supply device comprise a first lubricant supply system and a second lubricant supply system, that the first lubricant supply system supply lubricant to the at least one screw rotor during operation of the screw compressor and that the second lubricant supply system additionally supply lubricant to the at least one screw rotor and thereby be activatable and deactivatable.
