A multi input and multi output (MIMO) sonic touch panel includes at least a sonic touch module and a display module. The sonic touch module includes a first carrier layer, a first vibrating layer and a first conducting layer. The first vibrating layer is disposed at the first carrier layer. The first conducting layer is disposed at the first carrier layer or the first vibrating layer and coupled with the first vibrating layer. The first conducting layer and the first vibrating layer are located at the same side or the opposite side of the first carrier layer. The display module is disposed opposite to the sound touch module. Besides, a MIMO smart sound potential server is also disclosed.

An organic electroluminescent panel having a silver alloy is disclosed, which has a substrate; a plurality of the first electrodes; a plurality of the second electrodes; a plurality of conducting lines containing a silver alloy; a plurality of isolating walls; and a plurality of organic electroluminescent media. The first electrodes are arranged in parallel on the substrate. The organic electroluminescent media are disposed on the first electrodes. The second electrodes are disposed on the organic electroluminescent media. The conducting lines containing the silver alloy connect to the first electrodes or the second electrodes. The silver alloy contained in the conducting lines has 80 to 99.8 mol % of silver; 0.1 to 10 mol % of copper; and 0.1 to 10 mol % of at least one transition metal selected from the group consisting of palladium (Pd), magnesium (Mg), gold (Au), platinum (Pt), and the combinations thereof.

Silver alloy used in an organic electroluminescent panel

A method for forming a pixel-defining layer on an OLED panel is disclosed. The method comprising (A) providing a substrate; (B) forming a plurality of first electrodes in parallel stripes; (C) forming a layer of photosensitive polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions with patterns; and (D) baking said substrate with patterned photosensitive polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions for crosslinking or curing. An OLED panel made by above method is also disclosed here.

Method for forming a photosensitive pixel-defining layer on an OLED panel

An organic electroluminescence display device is provided. The OEL device includes a substrate, a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, an organic functional layer and at least one electrochromic medium layer. The first electrode layer is disposed on the substrate, the second electrode layer is disposed over the first electrode layer, and the organic functional layer and the electrochromic medium layer are disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. Accordingly, the electrochromic medium layer is provided as a selective light valve to improve the reflection of the external light, and thus the contrast ratio of the organic electroluminescence display device is enhanced.

Organic electroluminescence display device

A deposition apparatus for organic light emitting devices. The deposition apparatus includes a substrate conveying system and at least a chamber. In this case, the substrate conveying system is a circular turntable shape. The chambers are provided around the substrate conveying system in a specific order. While the substrate conveying system rotates in a circular direction, at least a substrate is transferred into the chambers for deposition. The substrate carrier, a shadow mask and a shadow mask alignment system, are positioned on the substrate carrier. After the deposition, at least a layer is deposited on each of the substrates, so as to manufacture at least an organic light-emitting device.

A surface treatment process for fabricating a panel of an organic light emitting device is disclosed. The surface treatment process for fabricating a panel of an organic light emitting device comprises following steps: forming on a substrate a plurality of first electrodes; forming a plurality of ramparts having T-shape cross-section on said substrate and selectively on said first electrodes through coating positive chemically amplified photoresist compositions having photo-acid generators on said substrate, exposing coated substrate to UV radiation to form latent pattern, post-exposure surface treating said photoresist on said substrate in a alkaline atmosphere and developing said photoresist; wherein each rampart protruding from said substrate and having an overhanging portion projecting in a direction parallel to said substrate; depositing organic electroluminescent media to the exposed area between said ramparts on said substrate; forming a plurality of second electrodes on said organic electroluminescent media on said substrate.

A vapor transferring apparatus for purification of organic functional materials is disclosed, which comprises a furnace having at least a furnace gate, furnace walls, and a heater; wherein the furnace gate is mounted on the furnace walls of the heater; at least a glove box having at least a box gate, box walls, and at least one glove; wherein the box gate is mounted on the box walls of the glove box; and a shifting chamber having at least a valve and at least a surrounding wall, locating between and connecting with the furnace gate of the furnace or the box gate of the glove box; wherein the valve is mounted on the surrounding wall of the shifting chamber; wherein the heater, the glove box, and the shifting chamber are hermetical and hollow.

A method for forming a pixel-defining layer on an OLED panel comprises the following steps: (A) providing a substrate; (B) forming a plurality of first electrodes in parallel stripes on the substrate; (C) coating a layer of non-photosensitive polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions on the substrate; (D) first prebaking said substrate; (E) coating a layer of photoresist compositions on the layer of non-photosensitive polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions; (F) second prebaking the substrate; (G) forming patterns of the photoresist by exposing the substrate to masked radiaion and developing the photoresist; (H) etching the layer of said non-photosensitive polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions to form patterned polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions; (I) releasing or stripping the patterned layer of the photoresist compositions; and (J) baking the substrate with patterned non-photosensitive polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions to form the pixel-defining layer.

Thin-film-transistor organic electroluminescent device

A photoresist stripping apparatus and a corresponding method for removing photoresist layers after a patterned polyimide layer is developed. The photoresist-stripping apparatus includes a transporting unit, a stripping unit, a washing unit, a drying unit and a control unit. The transporting unit connects the stripping unit, the washing unit and the drying unit. The control unit is responsible for controlling the transport sequence and timing of the transporting unit. The method of stripping the photoresist layer off the OLED panel includes providing a stripping solution to the stripping unit to remove photoresist layers. The OLED panel is jet-cleaned with a washing solution in the washing unit so that any residual stripping agent is removed. Finally, the surface of the OLED panel is blown dry.

Apparatus and method for photoresist stripping

A method and an apparatus for transporting substrates in all organic light emitting diode (OLED) process is disclosed, which has a transferring chamber provided for transporting substrates between processing modules and the atmosphere condition therein is able to be adjusted to be the same as the processing module by an atmosphere conditioner unit. According to the present invention, the substrates are not contaminated by moisture and the process operation and the factory layout are more flexible. Moreover, the OLED yield is improved.

Method and apparatus for transporting substrates in OLED process

An organic electroluminescent (OEL) display panel has improved lifetime and better display quality with a reduced amount of residual solvent on the isolating walls of the OEL panel. The organic electroluminescent display panel includes: a substrate, a plurality of first electrodes positioned on the substrate, a plurality of polyimide-isolating walls that are parallel to each other, an organic electroluminescent layer positioned on portions of the first electrodes that are not covered by the polyimide-isolating walls, and a plurality of second electrodes positioned on the organic electroluminescent layer. The cross-section of the polyimide-isolating walls has a reverse-trapezoid shape. The polyimide-isolating walls have electric, thermal and mechanical stability, thereby improving luminescent stability and lifetime of the organic electroluminescent display panel which, in turn, improves the stability and lifetime of the organic electroluminescent display panel.

A method for forming a pixel-defining layer on an OLED panel comprises the following steps: (A) providing a substrate; (B) forming plurality of electrodes on the substrate; (C) coating a layer of anti-glare compositions comprising non-photosensitive polyimide and light-absorbing pigments or dyes on the substrate; (D) first prebaking the substrate with the layer of the anti-glare compositions; (E) coating a layer of photoresist compositions on the layer of anti-glare compositions; (F) second prebaking the substrate with the anti-glare compositions and the photoresist; (G) forming patterns of the photoresist through exposing the substrate to masked radiation, developing the photoresist on the substrate, etching the layer of the anti-glare compositions and the photoresist at the same time to form patterned layers of the anti-glare polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions and patterned photoresist; and (I) baking the substrate with the patterned anti-glare polyimide or polyimide precursor compositions for crosslinking or curing to form the anti-glare pixel-defining layers.
