Disclosed is a minimally invasive instrument with instant force feedback function, including a minimally invasive device, a sensing device, a computing device, and a warning device. The minimally invasive device may have an invasive portion, which may enter the human body to perform surgical operations. The sensing device is provided on the invasive portion of the minimally invasive device and may include a flexible conductive film, a plurality of bionic films and a plurality of liquid beads. The plurality of bionic films may be provided on a flexible conductive film. Each of the plurality of liquid beads may be covered by each of the plurality of bionic films. The computing device may be electrically connected to the flexible conductive film. The warning device may receive a warning signal and generate a warning message.

Minimally invasive instrument with instant force feedback function

A microfluidic device includes a substrate, a microchannel, a plurality of spaced-apart pillars, and a porous nanofiber structure. The substrate has a substrate top surface. The microchannel is indented downwardly from the substrate top surface. The pillars are disposed in the microchannel. Each of the pillars has a pillar top surface that is lower in level than the substrate top surface. The porous nanofiber web structure is formed in the microchannel, and includes a first web portion residing in a space formed among the pillars.

Microfluidic device and method of making the same

A mold making system for surface patterning of a roller mold is provided. The roller mold includes a transparent hollow roller and a polymer layer disposed at an outer surface of the transparent hollow roller. The mold making system includes a laser generation device, an optical path changing device, and a control device connected to the optical path changing device. The laser generation device is used for generating an ultrafast laser. The optical path changing device is disposed at an inner space of the transparent hollow roller to receive the ultrafast laser. The control device controls the optical path changing device to guide the ultrafast laser to pass through the transparent hollow roller and to be focused at a focus position in the polymer layer.
