The disclosure provides an assist wheel including a wheel, a handrim, an elastic component, two contact components, a driving assembly, two film sensors. The wheel is configured to be rotatably disposed on a wheelchair frame. The handrim is disposed on the wheel and rotatable with respect to the wheel. Two opposite ends of the elastic component are respectively connected to the wheel and the handrim. The two contact components are respectively disposed on the wheel and the handrim. The driving assembly is configured to be fixed to the wheelchair frame. The two film sensors are disposed on the driving assembly and respectively pressed by the two film sensors. Each of the two film sensors is configured to generate a sensor value. The controller is configured to receive the sensor values from the two film sensors and signal the driving assembly.

Assist wheel

A rapid exchange battery construction is applied in a battery module of an electric device to supply power. The battery module is pivoted with a rotatable handle, a catching member is disposed on the handle, and a fixing structure is erected on a base of a battery assembly structure. A pressing portion and a releasing opening are disposed at a top edge of the fixing structure. The handle is rotated to a gripping position for lifting the battery module to install the battery module on the base along the fixing structure, and then, the handle is rotated to a withdrawal position to move the catching member to the pressing portion. The battery structure is designed in such a manner that the battery module is secured and fixed on the base, and an electrical connection relationship between the battery module and the electric device is ensured.

Rapid exchange battery construction

A vehicle shifting mechanism configured for actuation of a clutch and gear-shifting of a shift drum in a transmission is disclosed, which includes a camshaft linked to the shift drum; an actuating motor for driving the camshaft to allow the camshaft to make one revolution to shift the shift drum with one gear; and a cam connected to the camshaft to coaxially rotate with the camshaft and abutting against a release bearing actuating element to actuate engagement and disengagement of the clutch. The cam has a symmetrical contour such that the camshaft driven by the actuating motor is capable of making one unidirectional revolution to enable actuation of the clutch and the gear-shifting of the shift drum to occur concurrently.

Vehicle shifting mechanism

An anti-tilt apparatus is provided in the present invention, in which a frame of a vehicle is locked or released for tilt by a locking mechanism controlled according to the vehicle moving status. In addition, the present invention further provides a frame structure of a tilt vehicle wherein the anti-tilt apparatus and an independent suspended wheel set with a tiltable frame are combined together for maintaining certain comfort, good tracking capability and driving safety while the vehicle is moving and swerving. The anti-tilt apparatus of the present invention functions to lock the tiltable frame while the vehicle is operated in low speed or stop and functions to make wheels simultaneously inwardly incline for providing a tilt capability while the vehicle is swerving in high speed so as to increase higher stability and anti-turnover capability of the vehicle.

Anti-tilt apparatus and frame structure of tilting vehicle using the same

A controlled odor generator, comprising a central processing unit, at least one micropump unit, a sensor unit and a fan. The micropump unit is housed in a casing containing odorous fluid and has a micropump array for ejecting the odorous fluid in tiny droplets. The central processing unit regulates operation of the micropump unit, allowing to control timing quantity and mixture of spread odor. The sensor unit provides the central processing unit with environmental data, like temperature, air density and humidity, as well as human body states for controlling the micropump unit. Environmental changes are followed by a change of spraying of odor, and varying taste and demand are adapted to.

Controlled odor generator

A piezo-driven micro-droplet jet generator comprises an ejection seat, having an ejection plate with a plurality of ejection holes; a membrane, having a front side facing the ejection seat and a rear side; a piezoelectric plate, placed at the rear side of the membrane, at least partly touching the membrane and, when electric voltage is applied, driving a vibrating movement of the membrane towards the ejection plate; a base plate, at four corners thereof fastened to the ejection seat and to the membrane; and a flow path inside the ejection seat, allowing liquid to be let into a space inside the ejection seat; wherein liquid between the membrane and the ejection plate upon the vibrating movement undergoes pressure, being ejected through the plurality of ejection holes.

Piezo-driven micro-droplet jet generator

A micro-droplet generator, comprising a chamber, enclosed by a casing, a spraying plate, having a plurality of spraying holes, a piezoelectric plate, a signal connector, and a storage tank. The piezoelectric plate is mounted inside the chamber, having a fixed end fastened on the casing and a free end performing a bending movement. The input port issues signals that cause the bending movement of the piezoelectric plate. The chamber and the storage tank contain liquid, with a constant difference of liquid levels in the chamber and the storage tank being maintained, so that negative pressure in the chamber is automatically regulated.

Micro-droplet generator with autostabilization function of negative pressure

A bi-direction pumping droplet mist ejection apparatus includes a casing which has two sides each has an inlet and a plurality of nozzle orifices, and a piezoelectric plate located in the casing and clamped and anchored by a clamping pad on one end thereof. The casing has a reservoir and an ejection chamber located on each of two sides of the piezoelectric plate. The reservoir and the ejection chamber are interposed by flow guiding slant surfaces and buffer edges to enable the piezoelectric plate and the nozzle orifices to form a gap therebetween to cerate nozzle and dispersion effects so that after the piezoelectric plate is activated fluid may be ejected evenly through the nozzle orifices on two sides to generate even fuel ejection and a desired atomization effect in a bi-direction fashion.

Bi-direction pumping droplet mist ejection apparatus

A micro-pulsation fuel injection system with underpressure stabilizer, comprising a fuel supply system, a fuel tank, a micropump, and a compression pump. The micropump ejects fuel into an intake pipe. The compression pump is connected with a fuel supply pipe of the micropump, for keeping underpressure of the inlet of the micropump against the intake pipe stable. Incoming fuel passes through a fuel chamber, separated by a membrane from a pressure chamber, which in turn is connected to the intake pipe. The membrane deforms according to pressure in the intake pipe, changing volume of the fuel chamber and generating underpressure of fuel therein. Additionally, a regulating valve is installable between the compression pump and the micropump for stabilizing the difference of pressures at the inlet of the micropump and in the intake pipe. Thus the quantity of fuel ejected by the micropump is precisely controlled.

An automatic decompression device for four-stroke engines comprises a cam gear, a counterweight, and an acting body. The cam gear includes a cam surface and a recess containing the acting body, and the counterweight includes a plate with a guide slot. Besides, the recess pierces the cam surface. Since the acting body is engaged to the guide slot of the counterweight and there exist external forces acting on the counterweight, the counterweight is forced to move the acting body upwardly or downwards by the guidance of the plate and the limitation of the guide slot. Consequently, the acting body is exposed beyond the cam surface or tucked into the recess. With the motion of the acting body, the opening and closing duty cycles of the intake and exhaust valves are biased. When the engine of the invention is static, the acting body is exposed beyond the cam surface to partially release the pressure of the engine's combustion chamber for manually starting the engine. When the engine of the invention is rotated at a relatively high speed, the acting body is tucked into the recess to make the engine's intake and exhaust valves working normally.

Automatic decompression device

An engine air intake system comprises a main air duct and at least one bypass air duct, which are located side by side. The bypass air duct is smaller in cross-sectional area than the main air duct which is provided with a throttle contiguous to the bypass air duct having therein a control valve. The throttle and the control valve are regulated by a link mechanism such that the throttle is closed when the engine is operating at a low or intermediate load rate, and that the control valve is opened partially when the throttle remains closed, thereby resulting in an acceleration of air current flowing through the bypass air duct and an improvement in the tumble or swirl ratio. As the engine is operating at a progressively increasing load rate, the throttle is caused to open gradually to bring about an increase in the engine air intake volume so as to enable the engine to operate under the optimum condition.

An electromagnetic diaphragm-type valve has a leakage preventing convex ring and is particularly applicable to air-aided fuel injection system. The valve includes an external housing made of a magnetic-inductive material, an electromagnetic coil set installed inside the rear part of external housing, a magnetic-inductive stator fitted to the central holding site of electromagnetic coil set, and a valve stem installed in the front part of external housing. The valve stem circumference is integrated with a deflectable rubber diaphragm so as not only to enable the valve stem to move a minor distance but also to enable the valve stem to be located in a right or left position. In addition, the diaphragm isolates an air chamber from parts defining the ranges of guidance and lift of valve stem, hence the motion of valve stem is not affected by entrance of pollutants. The diaphragm is formed to seal in compresed air in the air chamber. Effective sealing is achieved because the metal end surface of the valve stem contacts the valve seat by a metal end rubber convex ring. Simultaneously, metal contact between the valve stem and the valve seat prevents serious distortion of rubber and therefore makes the electromagnetic valve highly durable.

Diaphragmatic electromagnetic valve with leakage preventing convex ring

A solenoid-operated injector for an electronically controlled fuel oil injection system which serves to control fuel oil injection by means of a shift of a ball valve unit. The ball valve unit includes a flat armature and a ball valve, the flat armature is shifted, floatingly, without any guidance. As the ball valve unit is sucked and moved to an open state, the flat armature abuts against a thin plate having a high magnetic resistance. The top of the flat armature is acted upon by a compressed spring with the top end of the compressed spring abutting against a spring regulating tube, so that the spring force acting on the flat armature can be changed by adjusting the spring regulating tube. Both the compressed spring and ball valve are located in the magnetic stator of the solenoid coil with the flat armature and the ball valve being located such that the spring force normally biases the ball valve against the oblique cone concave on the top of the valve seat.
