A connector structure includes an insulated housing, at least one terminal assembly and at least one conductive assembly. The terminal assembly is disposed in the insulated housing. The conductive assembly is disposed at one side of the terminal assembly by crossing over the terminal assembly. The conductive assembly includes at least one metal piece and at least one polymer included conductive component. The polymer included conductive component is used to electrically connect the at least one metal pieces. The metal piece includes at least one spring finger contact, and the spring finger contact is electrically connected to the ground terminal in the terminal assembly. In additional, a terminal assembly structures of connector is also provided.

Conductive assembly, terminal assembly structure of connector and connector structure

A connector structure is provided. The connector structure includes an insulated housing and at least one terminal assembly. The terminal assembly includes an insulated shelter and at least one pins. The pins are connected to and penetrated through the insulated shelter. The pin includes a pin body and at least two protrusive portions. Each protrusive portion is connected to the pin body, and in a length direction of the pin body, the protrusive portions respectively extend corresponding contact portions. The contact portion is in contact with a corresponding signal pad of a circuit board, and the contact portions are at different positions of the signal pad. In additional, a terminal components of connector is also provided.

Terminal components of connector and connector structure

A connector structure with improved terminal coplanarity includes a housing and terminal assemblies. The housing has sockets and a coplanar track. The coplanar track is defined by two inner flanges of the housing. The two flanges extend longitudinally and parallel to each other. Each terminal assembly includes a connector body, terminals and a guider. The connector body is disposed inside the housing by the sockets. The terminals are disposed by penetrating through the connector body. The guider is disposed close to soldering ends of the terminals. The soldering end of each terminal protrudes out of the guider. The guider has two opposite grooves. Each groove is engaged with the corresponding flange. The coplanar track has a coplanar datum surface. Soldering portions of the soldering ends of the terminals protruding out of the guider are separated from the coplanar datum surface by the same distance.

Connector structure with improved terminal coplanarity

A high speed connector includes an insulated shelter for accommodating at least one main body. The main body includes at least one terminal group integrated with the main body by having two opposing sides thereof to extend out of the main body, in which the two opposing sides are defined as a contact portion and a welding portion, respectively. The terminal group further includes a plurality of terminals. The insulated plastic element has a slot for enclosing up terminal group, and a height of a section in the slot is larger than a thickness of the plurality of terminals, so that at least one gap can be formed in the slot. By having the gap, dielectric coefficients and electromagnetic properties around the terminals can be adjusted to reduce the crosstalk effects upon the signal terminals. In addition, an insulated plastic element is also provided.

High speed connector for reducing crosstalk effect

Disclosed is a light-emitting device, including an LED light source and a light diffusion element. The light diffusion element, covering at least a part of the LED light source, is composed of a first polymer, a second polymer, or a blend of them. The first polymer has a larger crystal diameter than that of the second polymer. The first polymer is made of polypropylene or ethylene-propylene copolymer. The second polymer is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or ethylene-propylene copolymer. A blend of certain ratios of the first and second polymer gives rise of an excellent material that has improved light diffusion. This material can be widely adopted to current light fixtures for its evenly distributed lighting and great brightness.

Light emitting device

An illumination device includes a base, a flexible circuit board disposed on the base, and a plurality of illumination units. The flexible circuit board has a plurality of first branches and at least one second branch which are connected together. Each of the first branches has a radius of curvature, and the radii of curvature of the first branches are different from or identical to one another, so that the first branches are assembled to form a curved surface. The second branch extends from one of the first branches. After the first branches are assembled, the second branch is overlapped with another first branch. The illumination units are packaged onto the first branches of the flexible circuit board. Here, the illumination units located on one of the first branches is electrically connected to the illumination units located on another of the first branches through the second branch.

Illumination device

A planting container is suitable for forming planting columns by using ones with the same structure three-dimensionally stacked. The planting columns are arranged around a center line parallel to the gravity direction to set up a planting tower. The planting container includes a bottom wall and a side wall. The side wall extends from the peripheral of the bottom wall and both walls define a containing space. The side wall has a planting opening communicating with the containing space. The side wall has a top end and a bottom end. When two containers with the same structure are three-dimensionally stacked by each other, the bottom end of the upper container engages with the top end of the lower container. The side wall laterally tilts towards the center line relatively to the bottom wall, so that the planting column tilts towards the adjacent column and tilts towards the center line.

A multichip light-emitting diode (LED) includes a reflective cup, a plurality of light-emitting chips and a package. The light-emitting chips are disposed in the reflective cup and emit light when driven. The package is disposed in the reflective cup and covers the light-emitting chips. The package further has a plurality of lenses corresponding to the light-emitting chips one by one. The lenses refract light emitted by the corresponding light-emitting chips, respectively. An extrinsic light efficiency of the multichip is increased through the design of the multichip LED.

A lamp assembly is provided, including a light source, a thermal module, a connecting member, and an adapter electrically connected to the light source. The thermal module includes a first thermal member and a second thermal member. The first and second thermal members respectively have a plurality of first and second fins which are arranged in a staggered manner. The second thermal member forms a plurality of through holes for heat dissipation. The light source is disposed on the second thermal member, and the connecting member connects the thermal module with the adapter.

Lamp assembly

A light-emitting diode (LED) chip having a micro-lens structure includes a light-emitting structure and a light guide lens. The light-emitting structure emits a light from a light-emitting surface upon being applied with a current, and the light guide lens is stacked on the light-emitting surface and used for emitting the light from a light guide surface of the light guide lens. The light guide surface has an annular ridge portion and a scatter region, such that the lights close to the central optical axis of the light-emitting surface (the region having the maximum light-emitting intensity) are deflected in a direction away from the central optical axis, and the lights far away from the central optical axis are deflected towards the central optical axis, so as to obtain a light with a uniform overall optical intensity.

LED chip having micro-lens structure

A lamp assembly is provided, including a light source, a thermal module, a connecting member, and an adapter electrically connected to the light source. The thermal module includes a first thermal member and a second thermal member which are formed by a die casting process, wherein the light source is disposed on the second thermal member. The first and second thermal members respectively have a plurality of first and second fins which are arranged in a staggered manner. The connecting member is formed by a metal extrusion process and extends through the first thermal member to connect the second thermal member with the adapter.

A converging element for an LED is described, which is used for converging light rays emitted from a light-emitting chip to enable the light rays to form approximately parallel light rays after passing through the converging element. The converging element for LED includes a cylinder and a first lens. The cylinder is disposed on the light-emitting chip. The first lens is disposed on the other end of the cylinder opposite to the light-emitting chip. The first lens has a first plane and a first curved surface opposite to each other. The first plane of the first lens is attached to the cylinder.

Converging element for LED

A lens and an LED using the lens to achieve homogeneous illumination include a region. The region around the optical axis of a lens is designed to be concave and form a divergent surface. The upper surface of the lens is a continuous curved surface to diverge the high-intensity light emitted by the LED in the vicinity of the optical axis through refractions. Therefore, the LED can homogeneously illuminate a larger area.

A light emitting diode (LED) package structure is disclosed. The LED package structure comprises a lead frame which has a chip carrier part, a pair of extended parts, a first electrode and a second electrode. The chip carrier part has an arc frame, a bulge, a first surface and a second surface. The extended part has a first side, a second side, a first top and a first bottom. The first side connects the arc frame of the chip carrier part. The arc frame electrically connects the first electrode. A heat dissipating material is placed on the second surface.

Light emitting diode package structure

Light modules are provided. A light module includes a circuit board, a lighting element electrically connected to the circuit board, and a first thermal plate. The circuit board has a through hole communicating a first side and a second side thereof. The lighting element is disposed on the first side of the circuit board and located corresponding to the through hole. The first thermal plate is disposed on the second side of the circuit board, opposite to the first side, and comprises a first protrusion extending through the through hole and connecting the lighting element.
