The present disclosure provides an aromatization catalyst, a preparation method, a regeneration method and an aromatization method thereof. The preparation method comprises steps of: mixing a zeolite molecular sieve with a binder to obtain a catalyst precursor; the catalyst precursor is successively subjected to an ion exchange modification and a first modification treatment, and then subjected to a hydrothermal treatment, and further subjected to active metal loading and a second modification treatment, to obtain the aromatization catalyst. The aromatization catalyst has good carbon deposition resistance and high aromatization activity, and enables an aromatization reaction to be completed under mild conditions, and has high aromatic selectivity, and the liquid yield is above 98.5%.

The present invention provides a catalytic gasoline desulfurization method having also an olefin selective removal function, which comprises: when a catalytic gasoline is pre-hydrotreated, cutting into a light fraction, a middle fraction and a heavy fraction; performing liquid-liquid extraction desulfurization treatment on the middle fraction to produce a sulfur-poor oil and a rich solvent containing sulfur-rich oil; the light fraction back-extracting the rich solvent, using C5 olefin therein to replace a macromolecular acyclic olefin in the sulfur-rich oil, so as to gather together C5 iso-olefins, cycloolefins, aromatic hydrocarbons and sulfides in the sulfur-rich oil; performing hydrogenation, olefin-reduction and desulfurization treatment on the heavy fraction together with the sulfur-rich oil removed from the back-extracted rich solvent to saturate the olefin therein; and finally, preparing together with the sulfur-poor oil to produce a full range gasoline. The sulfur-content of the catalytic gasoline produced by the method of the present invention can be reduced to 10 ppm or less, the olefin content of the catalytic gasoline can be reduced to 22%, the olefin is saturated by up to 8 percentage, and the RON loss of the full range gasoline is 1.5 or less, so that while reducing the olefin content of the catalytic gasoline, it ensures the less octane number loss, thereby satisfying the olefin-reduction requirements upgraded in the gasoline National VI Standard for ethanol-gasoline supply area enterprises.

Catalytic gasoline desulfurization method having also an olefin selective removal function

A method for upgrading fluid catalytic cracking gasoline includes the following steps: cutting fluid catalytic cracking gasoline into light, medium, and heavy gasoline fractions; subjecting the medium gasoline fraction to an aromatization/hydroisomerization reaction in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a desulfurized medium gasoline fraction; and blending the light gasoline fraction, the desulfurized medium gasoline fraction and the heavy gasoline fraction to obtain upgraded gasoline; where, a cutting temperature of the light and the medium gasoline fractions is 35-60&#xb0; C., and a cutting temperature of the medium and the heavy gasoline fractions is 70-160&#xb0; C. The method according to the present invention not only can realize deep desulfurization of fluid catalytic cracking gasoline, but also can improve octane number significantly.

Method for upgrading fluid catalytic cracking gasoline

The present invention provides an adsorbent and a method for desulfurization of gasoline. The adsorbent is obtained by loading active metal component on a composite carrier comprising zeolite and active carbon subjected to alkali treatment respectively, the active metal is selected from one or more elements of IA, IIA, VIII, IB, IIB and VIB groups in the periodic table. This method uses the adsorbent to conduct gasoline adsorption desulfurization, which especially cuts the gasoline into a light and a heavy gasoline fraction firstly, then the light fraction is subjected to adsorption desulfurization using the adsorbent, and the heavy fraction is subjected to selective hydrodesulfurization, a cutting temperature of the light and the heavy gasoline fraction is 70-110&#xb0; C. The adsorbent has a large sulfur adsorption, a long service life, and simply to be regenerated; the method can realize deep desulfurization of gasoline, and has a less octane number loss.

The present invention provides a process for desulfurizing gasoline fraction by solvent extraction: introducing the gasoline fraction into an extraction tower at a lower-middle part thereof, introducing a solvent into the extraction tower at the top thereof, injecting saturated C5 hydrocarbon into a reflux device at the bottom of the extraction tower, wherein the gasoline fraction which is desulfurized flows out from the top of the extraction tower; the solvent that has extracted sulfide, aromatics and C5 hydrocarbon flows out from the bottom of the extraction tower, and is separated into a C5 hydrocarbon-containing light component, a sulfur-rich component, water and the solvent. The present invention also provides a process for deeply desulfurizing catalytic cracking gasoline, which flexibly combines the process described above and an existing desulfurization technology.

The present invention provides a method for deep desulfurization of gasoline. The method includes steps of: cutting a gasoline feedstock into light, medium, and heavy gasoline fractions; the medium gasoline fraction being subjected to adsorption desulfurization to obtain a desulfurized medium gasoline fraction; the heavy gasoline fraction being subjected to selective hydrodesulfurization to obtain a desulfurized heavy gasoline fraction; mixing the light gasoline fraction with the desulfurized medium gasoline fraction and the desulfurized heavy gasoline fraction to obtain a desulfurized gasoline, where, a cutting temperature of the light and the medium gasoline fractions is 35-60&#xb0; C., a cutting temperature of the medium and the heavy gasoline fractions is 70-130&#xb0; C. The method according to the present invention not only can realize deep desulfurization of gasoline, but also has a less loss of octane number.
