A method including determining, by a first terminal device, a size of a sidelink data packet, determining, by the first terminal device based on the size of the sidelink data packet, a first quantity of time-frequency units corresponding to the sidelink data packet, determining, by the first terminal device, a frequency domain resource of a second time-frequency resource from a first time-frequency resource, based on the first quantity, a resource selection rule, and at least one of a time domain resource of the second time-frequency resource, or a frequency domain resource of the second time-frequency resource, and performing, by the first terminal device, at least one of sending the sidelink data packet to a second terminal device on the second time-frequency resource, or receiving the sidelink data packet from a second terminal device on the second time-frequency resource.

Sidelink data packet sending and receiving method and communication apparatus

An information sending method, an information receiving method, a device, and an apparatus are disclosed. The information sending method includes: determining, by a first terminal device based on first information, at least one of a quantity or a position of m DMRSs carried on a PSSCH, where m is a positive integer, and the first information includes at least one of a subcarrier spacing, duration of the PSSCH, or a channel coherence time; and sending, by the first terminal device, the m DMRSs to a second terminal device. In addition, when the DMRS on the PSSCH is determined, a reference channel coherence time may be selected. For example, a time interval between two configured adjacent DMRSs may be less than or equal to the channel coherence time.

Information sending and receiving method, device, and apparatus

This application provides a sidelink quality measurement method and a communications apparatus. The method includes: A first terminal device sends a reference signal to a second terminal device, where the reference signal is used to determine channel state information of a first sidelink, and the first sidelink is a direct link from the first terminal device to the second terminal device. The first terminal device receives, from the second terminal device, the channel state information of the first sidelink.
