Disclosed are a magnon junction, magnon random access memory, microwave oscillator and detector, and electronic device. The magnon junction comprises: a first electrode layer formed by non-magnetic conductive material; a free magnetic layer arranged on the first electrode layer, formed by ferromagnetic conductive material; an antiferromagnetic barrier layer arranged on the free magnetic layer, formed by antiferromagnetic insulator material; a reference magnetic layer arranged on the antiferromagnetic barrier layer, formed by ferromagnetic conductive material; and a second electrode layer arranged on the reference magnetic layer, formed by non-magnetic conductive material. The reference magnetic layer has perpendicular magnetic anisotropy or perpendicular magnetic moment component, moment direction of which is fixed along a vertical direction; the free magnetic layer has perpendicular magnetic anisotropy or a perpendicular magnetic moment component, moment direction of which is flippable along the perpendicular direction; the antiferromagnetic barrier layer has perpendicular magnetic anisotropy or perpendicular magnetic moment component.

Provided in the present invention are a pH-responsive nano-gel plugging material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The pH-responsive nano-gel plugging material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of water, 2-3 parts of an emulsifier, 25-35 parts of an acrylic terpolymer, 10-15 parts of a polyalcohol compound, and 10-20 parts of a vinyl pyridine compound. The pH-responsive nano-gel plugging material can be applied to the plugging of Ordovician carbonate rock fractures and micro-karst cave strata, and can automatically identify Ordovician carbonate rock fractures and micro-karst cave leaking layers and realize effective blocking thereof.

Disclosed is a catalyst pre-contact method for the continuous polymerization of an olefin, wherein a primary catalyst, a co-catalyst and, optionally, an external electron donor are mixed and then undergo a pre-contact reaction, with the pre-contact reaction temperature being &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. to 35&#xb0; C. and adjustable, and the pre-contact reaction time being 0.5 min to 10 min and adjustable, and the pre-contacted catalyst is brought into a catalyst prepolymerization system and then into a catalyst polymerization system, or is directly brought into the catalyst polymerization system. Further disclosed is a catalyst pre-contact device for the continuous polymerization of an olefin, which can adjust the pre-contact time and pre-contact temperature of the catalyst so that the performance of the catalyst achieves a better level according to the process.

A catalyst component for olefin polymerization is disclosed, which comprises at least one diol ester type electron donor compound (a) and at least one diether type electron donor compound (b) among others, wherein the molar ratio of a to b is 0.55-50. A preparation method of the catalyst component, a catalyst comprising the catalyst component, and an olefin polymerization method using the catalyst which can especially be used for preparation of polypropylenes of low ash contents are also disclosed.

The present invention discloses cyclopentane carboxylate compounds. The 1-hydrocarbyl-2-acyloxy-cyclopentane carboxylates according to the invention have a general formula (I): wherein groups R, Rand R, which are identical or different, are independently selected from the group consisting of linear or branched C-Calkyl, C-Ccycloalkyl, C-Caryl, C-Calkaryl and C-Caralkyl. The present invention also discloses a process as well as intermediate compounds for preparing the compounds of formula (I), and use of the compounds (I) as electron donor in the preparation of catalysts for propylene polymerization.
