The present application provides a multi-frame quality enhancement method and device for a lossily compressed video. The method comprises: performing quality enhancement on the i-th frame of a decompressed video stream using m frames correlated with the i-th frame to play the i-th frame with enhanced quality. The m frames are frames in the video stream. The number of the same pixels or corresponding pixels of each of the m frames and the i-th frame is greater than a preset threshold. m is a natural number greater than 1. In an implementation, a non-peak-quality frame positioned between two peak quality frames may be enhanced using the peak quality frames. The method may mitigate the quality fluctuation across a plurality of frames for providing playback of the video stream and may improve the quality of all frames in the video after the lossy compression.

The present invention relates to silicon ether compounds having a general formula (I), a method for the preparation thereof and use thereof as a component of catalysts for polymerization of olefins. The invention relates to a catalyst component for olefin (co)polymerization, to preparation thereof, to a catalyst comprising the same, and to use thereof in olefin (co)polymerization. The catalyst component of the invention comprises magnesium, titanium, halogen, inner electron donor compound, and alkoxy group derived from a surface modifier, wherein the content of the alkoxy group derived from the surface modifier is in a range of from 0.01 to 3 percent by weight, based on the weight of the catalyst component.

Solid catalyst component for polymerization of olefins, catalyst comprising the same and use thereof

The present invention provides a process for preparing particles of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct, said process comprising: preparing a melt of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct in an inert liquid medium, dispersing the mixture of the inert liquid medium and the melt of the magnesium halide/alcohol adduct by high-speed rotation under a high-gravity field to obtain a dispersion of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct melt; and the cooling the dispersion of the melt to form the particles of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct. The present invention further relates to the particles of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct prepared by the process of the present invention and the use thereof in the preparation of catalysts for olefin polymerization.
