A base station includes a reception unit configured to receive, from a terminal, information indicating band combinations supported by the terminal; a control unit configured to generate first information indicating all band combinations including a supported band of a primary cell among the band combinations supported by the terminal; and a transmission unit configured to transmit the first information to a secondary node. The reception unit is configured to receive, from the secondary node, second information indicating a band combination used by the secondary node among the all band combinations, and the transmission unit is configured to transmit the second information to the terminal.

Base station and communication method

A terminal includes a receiver configured to receive first system information from a base station; and a controller configured to acquire, from the first system information, a first list, a second list, and a third list for scheduling second system information other than the first system information, and to determine a start position of a window for acquiring the second system information, based on the first list, the second list, and the third list, wherein the receiver receives the second system information from the base station in the window.

Terminal and communication method

A terminal is disclosed including a reception section that receives a higher layer parameter on a configuration of media access control (MAC); and a control section that ignores an uplink (UL) grant for which a configuration on prioritization is performed by the higher layer parameter, when the UL grant is not a prioritized UL grant in a case of retransmission in MAC. Prioritization configuration in terminal and base station

A terminal () is connected to an NR network that communicates with TSN. The terminal () includes a transmitting unit () that transmits to the NR network in which NR time is used, a message for requesting for delivery of TSN time used in the TSN, and a receiving unit () that receives the TSN time from the NR network by using Dedicated Signaling.

A UE receives capability inquiry information of the UE from the network, and determines a candidate of the combination of frequency bands supported by the UE on the basis of the capability inquiry information. If the combination is a fallback band combination, the UE excludes the combination from a candidate list of combinations.

A user device comprises a communication unit configured to perform communication to which dual connectivity is applied, wherein a master cell group and a secondary cell group are configured in the dual connectivity, a control unit configured to detect occurrence of a failure in the master cell group, and a transmission unit configured to transmit information related to the occurrence of the failure in the master cell group to a master node of the master cell group, wherein the control unit changes a primary cell to another cell by performing handover to a different RAT (Radio Access Technology).

User device and base station apparatus

A terminal includes a receiving unit that receives configuration information of a transition destination cell from a gNB by a conditional cell transition in the gNB in which the terminal resides, and a control unit that performs a transition to the transition destination cell based on the configuration information of the transition destination cell, without receiving a transition command. In a case where the receiving unit receives the configuration information of the transition destination cell, the control unit starts a CHO timer and can perform the conditional cell transition before the CHO timer expires.

A terminal includes a reception unit for receiving, from a base station that is a master node, a first message to configure communications with a master cell group and a secondary cell group, a communication unit for performing the communications with the master cell group and the secondary cell group configured that are based on the first message, a control unit for detecting an occurrence of a failure in communications with the secondary cell group, and a transmission unit for transmitting, when the control unit detects the occurrence of the failure in the communications with the secondary cell group, a second message including information indicating the occurrence of the failure in the secondary cell group, wherein the control unit includes location information in the second message when the first message is configured to have information indicating that the location information is to be included in the second message.

Terminal and base station

An SN (C) includes a transmitting unit () that transmits, to an MN (A) to which a terminal () is connected, a first message including configuration information of a cell formed by the SN (C), and a control unit () that determines to delete the configuration information of the cell according to a state of the cell. The transmitting unit () transmits, to the MN (A), a second message instructing deletion of the configuration information of the cell.

Master node and secondary node

A radio base station is disclosed including a first communication device that supports a cell; and a second communication device that is connected to the first communication device and controls the first communication device, wherein the second communication device transmits system information including a reference system frame number and a reference time associated with the reference system frame number to the first communication device, and the first communication device broadcasts the system information.
