A network node may transmit an RRC message to a UE. The RRC message may include a configuration of a plurality of TCI states. The network node may transmit one or more MAC-CEs to the UE. The one or more MAC-CEs may include a configuration of a plurality of codepoints. Each codepoint in the plurality of codepoints may be associated with one or more TRPs in a plurality of TRPs of the network node. The plurality of codepoints may be associated with at least one first TCI state for an uplink communication and at least one second TCI state for a downlink communication. The network node may transmit a single DCI message to the UE. The single DCI message may be indicative of at least one codepoint in the plurality of codepoints. The network node may communicate with the UE based on the at least one codepoint.

Wireless communications systems may support identification or determination of a common default beam for a component carrier (CC) group (e.g., such that all CCs of a CC group may be associated with a same default beam). For example, a CC group may be configured or established to include one or more CCs (e.g., for carrier aggregation), where each CC group may share a same analog beamformer. As such, a beam (e.g., a default uplink/downlink beam) may be established as default or common across CCs of a CC group (e.g., versus default beams being configured or established for individual CCs). Such an established default beam of a CC group (e.g., a default beam common to all CCs of a CC group) may include or refer to a default downlink shared channel beam, a default sounding reference signal (SRS) beam, a default downlink control channel beam, etc.

A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes measuring a path loss at a user equipment, receiving, from a network, a plurality of power control configurations, wherein: each power control configuration of the plurality of power control configurations comprises a respective plurality of power control parameters, and each power control configuration of the plurality of power control configurations applies to a respective uplink channel or reference signal object associated with a common transmission configuration indication (TCI) state, and transmitting at least one uplink channel or reference signal object at a transmission power that is based on the measured path loss and at least one of the power control configurations of the plurality of power control configurations.

A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of one or more beam failure detection reference signal sets corresponding to a list of component carriers. Whether a component carrier is included in the list or whether a beam failure detection reference signal set of the one or more beam failure detection reference signal sets is applicable to the component carrier, or both, may be based on whether the component carrier is of a first type configured for a single beam failure detection reference signal set or is of a second type configured for multiple beam failure detection reference signal sets. The UE may monitor one or more component carriers included in the list for beam failure using the one or more indicated beam failure detection reference signal sets.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a first message indicating a first configuration for a set of resources for transmitting reference signals. In some aspects, a transmitting user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network node, a sidelink grant that indicates a sidelink resource and indicates a set of sidelink beams associated with a sidelink communication using the sidelink resource. The UE may select, based at least in part on the set of sidelink beams indicated in the sidelink grant, a sidelink beam for the sidelink communication. The UE may transmit, via the selected sidelink beam, the sidelink communication to one or more receiving UEs using the sidelink resource indicated in the sidelink grant. In operation, the UE in the cell (SpCell/SCell) may be configured to operate with beam group specific BFRs, cell-level BFRs, or combinations of them under a beam failure configuration that is determined according to various rules. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) and a UE is disclosed. The method includes determining a beam failure configuration for a serving cell, the beam failure configuration including at least one of a beam failure parameter of a beam group or a beam failure parameter of a cell; and detecting, in the serving cell based at least in part on the beam failure configuration, a beam failure recovery (BFR) based at least in part on the beam failure configuration. A first user equipment (UE) (e.g., 'victim' UE) may receive control signaling indicating a cross-link interference (CLI) reporting configuration associated with a set of CLI resources, where the CLI resources are associated with varying levels of CLI at the first UE. The first UE may perform CLI measurements on signals received from a second UE (e.g., “aggressor” UE) within the set of CLI interference resources based on the CLI reporting configuration. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a set of transmission occasions usable by the UE for transmitting layer one (L1) reports. The set of transmission occasions may include a first subset of transmission occasions for transmitting beam information reports and a second subset of transmission occasions for transmitting beam information reports and corresponding antenna port information. The UE may then transmit, within a first transmission occasion of the first subset of transmission occasions, a first L1 report including a first beam information report, and may transmit, within a second transmission occasion of the second subset of transmission occasions, a second L1 report including a second beam information report and an indication of a quantity of antenna ports supported by the UE.

Techniques for indicating panel information reports via beam reporting occasions

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may identify one or more measurement parameters to use for input in a machine learning (ML) model. In some cases, the measurement parameters may include reference signal received power measurements or a past set of timing advance (TA) values for a specific node. The UE may predict the TA based on inputting the measurement parameters into the ML model. The UE may transmit an uplink communication from the UE to a network entity using the TA predicted from the ML model. In some examples, the UE may transmit a capability report to indicate that the UE may support autonomous update of the TA based on the predictions of the TA values produced from the ML model.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information identifying an association between a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and a transmit receive point (TRP).
