An alternating current power tool includes a function element, a brushless motor, and a motor control circuit. The motor control circuit includes a power module, a first rectifier circuit, a driver circuit, a controller, and a second rectifier circuit. The power module is used for receiving an alternating current. The first rectifier circuit is used for receiving the alternating current received by the power module and operatively outputting a direct current bus voltage. The second rectifier circuit is electrically connected to the power module and used for receiving the alternating current received and outputting a direct current to supply power to at least the controller.

Alternating current power tool

An electric power tool includes: a motor; a driving circuit configured to drive the motor to output motive power; a control module configured to control the driving circuit; an energy storage element connected to the driving circuit; a current limiting element connected in series with the energy storage element and configured to charge the energy storage element with a first current; a switching element electrically connected in series with the energy storage element, connected in parallel with the current limiting element, and configured to charge or discharge the energy storage element with a second current. The electric power tool can avoid the occurrence of adverse situations such as generating electric sparks at the connection terminals of the electric power tool and of a battery pack when the battery pack is inserted into the electric power tool.

Electric power tool

A power tool includes a tool accessory, a motor, a control module, a power supply, and an operating switch. The operating switch includes a trigger mechanism, a current switch coupled to the trigger mechanism to be actuated by the trigger mechanism for connecting and disconnecting the electrical connection between the power supply module and the motor, and a signal switch coupled to the trigger mechanism to be actuated by the trigger mechanism at least configured to output a control signal to the control module to control the start of the motor.

Power tool and method for starting the same

A battery pack includes a housing of a first material, a cell assembly, and a cell support of a second material. The cell assembly is disposed in the housing and includes a plurality of cell units. The cell unit includes a positive electrode of the cell unit and a negative electrode of the cell unit. The cell support is configured to support at least the cell assembly. The cell support is at least disposed at two ends of the cell assembly and at least part of the cell support encapsulates the positive electrode of the cell unit and the negative electrode of the cell unit. The first material is different from the second material.

Battery pack, power tool system, and charging system

An electric tool includes a housing, a motor, a tool interface, a control circuit, a master switch, and a protection circuit. The tool interface is configured to connect to a power supply to supply power to the motor. The master switch is disposed on a current path formed by the tool interface and the control circuit. The master switch has an on state in which electric connection between the tool interface and the control circuit is on and an off state in which the electric connection between the tool interface and the control circuit is off. The protection circuit is connected between the master switch and the control circuit and is configured to disconnect connection between the tool interface and the control circuit in response to the master switch being in the on state before the tool interface connects to the power supply.

Electric tool

A power tool includes a motor, a rectifier circuit, and a driver circuit. An input terminal of the rectifier circuit is connected to a power module, an output terminal is connected to a direct current bus, an input terminal of the driver circuit is connected to the direct current bus, an output terminal is connected to the motor, and a bus capacitor is connected between a high voltage terminal and a low voltage terminal of the direct current bus. A first protection circuit is connected to the input terminal of the rectifier circuit and a second protection circuit is connected in parallel to two terminals of the bus capacitor. The first protection circuit is configured to absorb an overvoltage signal on an input side of the rectifier circuit. The second protection circuit is configured to absorb an overvoltage signal of the direct current bus.

Power tool

A power tool includes a motor, a signal switch, a signal detection circuit, a power-on control switch, a first controller, and a second controller. The signal switch is used to switch a power on/off state of the power tool. The signal detection circuit is configured to output a detection signal according to a connection state of the signal switch. The power-on control switch is connected to the second controller. The first controller is configured to control an on/off state of the power-on control switch. When the signal detection circuit outputs a power-off signal, the first controller controls the power-on control switch to be turned off so that the second controller is de-energized and the motor stops rotating. When the power-on control switch still remains on, the second controller controls the switch elements in the driver circuit to be turned off so that the motor stops rotating.
