The present invention discloses a detachable container comprising a base, side panels, corner posts and a roof panel, wherein the side panels are detachably connected to the base and to the roof panel, the corner posts are located between adjacent side panels and the side panels are detachably connected to the corner posts, respectively. A connection is employed for connecting the side panels with the base, the corner posts and the roof panel of the detachable container according to the present invention. Therefore, in the process of returning empty containers, each of the containers can be detached and form a whole piece, so as to reduce the space occupied. In addition, a modularized design may be employed for each component of the detachable container, so as to achieve universality of components of the container. Furthermore, this detachable container also has the advantages of convenient assembly, simple structure, etc.

Detachable container

A refrigerator van is provided, wherein a body of the refrigerator van includes a base frame, a pair of side panels disposed on the base frame, a front wall and a door end and a roof sheet. The front wall and a door end are disposed at two ends of each of the side panels oppositely. The side panels or the roof sheet or the front wall of the body includes a plurality of metal plates with a preset length, a plurality of connecting ribs and a pair of wing plates. Each metal plate is formed with a bending edge, and each connecting rib includes a locking slot for accommodating the bending edges of two adjacent metal plates. The wing plates extend from an opening of the locking slot, respectively, for connecting the metal plates.

An inner side panel connecting portion of the angled fitting is provided with a connecting plate for connecting to a top end portion of the inner side panel of the container body. The connecting plate is provided with a guide blade. An inserting groove is defined by the guide blade, the inner side panel connecting portion and a part of the connecting plate, wherein an angle of the angled fitting defined by the inner roof sheet connection portion and the inner side panel connecting portion is 95&#xb0;-105&#xb0;.

Inner top corner connector of container body

A connector for connecting an outer plate of side panels and an outer corner post of a container body comprises a connecting plate for connecting the outer plate and the outer corner post of the container body and a cover plate. The connecting plate is perpendicularly provided with a strengthening stop plate at an inner side of a middle portion thereof and a stop groove for receiving the outer plate at an outer side of the middle portion thereof, and provided with a seat plate parallel to a base plate of the stop groove at an end thereof connecting the outer corner post. Two clipping strips are symmetrically provided on opposite sides of the seat plate and the base plate of the stop groove. The cover plate is provided with two elastic clipping strips which respectively engage with the two clipping strips and have a hook-shape cross section.

And besides, the upper left wing beam () and the lower right wing beam () are tightly connected by a connecting member.
