A magnetic component includes two covers, two magnetic columns between the two covers, a winding frame and windings. Each of the magnetic columns includes at least three magnetic blocks. Spacers are arranged between two adjacent magnetic blocks and/or between the magnetic block and the cover. The spacers form air gaps of a magnetic circuit of the magnetic component. The winding frame includes two extension parts and base arranged at ends of the two extension parts. A limiting part is provided on the base. The windings are arranged around the extension parts, each of the windings includes a winding wire and at least one lead terminal at an end of the winding wire. The winding wire of the winding is a flat wire, and a winding mode of the flat wire around the extension part is a vertical winding; the at least one lead terminal is limited by the limiting part.

Magnetic component

The application provides an integrated inductor and a power module. The integrated inductor includes a magnetic core, comprising: two winding columns disposed in parallel, each provided with an air gap; a first cover plate disposed under the two winding columns; a second cover plate disposed above the two winding columns, and opposite to the first cover plate; and a common column connected between the first and second cover plates, and disposed on one or both sides of the two winding columns; and two windings are respectively wound on the two winding columns, wherein a line frequency current component of a current flowing through each of the two windings surrounds the winding columns in the same direction, a phase of high-frequency current component of the current flowing through each of the two windings differs by 180°, and a coupling coefficient between the two windings is less than 0.1.

Integrated inductor and power module

The present disclosure provides a three-phase inductor and a power module. A current flowing through each inductor of the three-phase inductor comprises a power-frequency current component and a high-frequency current component. The three-phase inductor includes a magnetic core and a winding. The magnetic core includes a first cover plate, a second cover plate and a magnetic pillar unit; the winding wound on the first magnetic pillar and the second magnetic pillar of the corresponding magnetic pillar unit, and a current flowing through the winding surrounds said first magnetic pillar and said second magnetic pillar in an opposite direction.

Three-phase inductor and power module

A magnetic dev ice includes a core structure, at least one inductor winding and at least two transformer windings. The core structure includes at least one inductor column and at least two transformer columns. The at least one inductor winding respectively winds around the at least one inductor column. The at least two transformer windings, wind around the at least two transformer columns respectively, and the transformer winding includes primary winding and secondary winding. Wherein the magnetic flax directions on adjacent transformer columns are opposite to each other when providing a current in the corresponding primary windings simultaneously.

Core structure and magnetic device

A three-phase transformer includes a magnetic core and winding, wherein the magnetic core includes first and second cover plates and magnetic pillar units. The first and second cover plates are arranged opposite to each other, the magnetic pillar units are sandwiched between the first and second cover plates; a first winding is wound on a first magnetic pillar of a first magnetic pillar unit, and a fourth winding is wound on a second magnetic pillar of the first magnetic pillar unit; a second winding is wound on a first magnetic pillar of a second magnetic pillar unit, and a fifth winding is wound on a second magnetic pillar of the second magnetic pillar unit; a third winding is wound on a first magnetic pillar of a third magnetic pillar unit, and a sixth winding is wound on a second magnetic pillar of the third magnetic pillar unit.

Three-phase transformer assembly and power module

The present disclosure provides a magnetic component including a winding, a first magnetic core and a circuit component, and a wireless power-transferring device including the magnetic component. The winding is formed by winding a coil, and having a first penetration portion at a middle portion of the winding. The first magnetic core is disposed at a side of the winding, and a first insulating support portion is disposed between the first magnetic core and the winding. The circuit component is located within the first penetration portion and electrically connected with the winding. Disposing the circuit component within the first penetration portion at the middle portion of the winding can effectively save space.

Magnetic component and wireless power-transferring device including the same

A magnetic component and a switch power supply device are disclosed. The magnetic component includes a magnetic core and at least three windings, the magnetic core including at least three winding columns, at least one side columns, a first cover plate and a second cover plate opposite to each other, wherein the at least three winding columns are sequentially arranged in adjacent, the first cover plate and the second cover plate are respectively at upper parts or lower parts of the at least three winding columns and the at least one side column to form a closed magnetic flux loop; the at least three windings are wound on the at least three winding columns, respectively; wherein magnetic flux direction of the middle winding column in adjacent three winding columns is opposite to magnetic fluxes direction of the other two winding columns in adjacent three winding columns.

Magnetic component and switch power supply device

The present disclosure provides a wireless power transmitting module and an installation method thereof, wherein the wireless power transmitting module comprises: an insulating bracket, a first side of which has a first central space; a coil, disposed around the first central space; and a circuit component, at least a part of which is located in the first central space, electrically connected to the coil. The present disclosure makes full use of the central blank space of the coil, and places the circuit component at the center of the coil, thereby realizing a miniaturized structure, improving space utilization and greatly reducing volume.

Wireless power transmitting module and installation method thereof

A synchronous rectification module includes a transformer, a first conducting member and a synchronous rectification unit. The transformer includes plural secondary winding assemblies. The outlet ends of the secondary winding assemblies are protruded out from a first lateral region and a second lateral region of the transformer. The first conducting member is located at a third lateral region of the transformer. The synchronous rectification unit includes a first circuit board and a second circuit board. The first circuit board is connected with the first conducting member and located at the first lateral region. The second circuit board is connected with the first conducting member and located at the second lateral region. The outlet ends of the secondary winding assemblies are penetrated through corresponding first insertion holes of the first circuit board and corresponding second insertion holes of the second circuit board.

Synchronous rectification module

A rectification module includes a transformer, a connecting unit and a rectification unit. The transformer includes a first lateral region, a second lateral region and at least one secondary winding assembly. The second lateral region is located beside the first lateral region. The secondary winding assembly includes plural outlet ends. The plural outlet ends are arranged near the first lateral region. The connecting unit is located at the first lateral region, and includes plural conducting plates. Each of the conducting plates includes at least one opening and at least one connecting structure. The conducting plates are partially or completely stacked on each other. The outlet ends are accommodated within the corresponding openings. The conducting plates are fixed on the first lateral region. The connecting structures face the second lateral region. The rectification unit includes a circuit board and plural rectifier components.
