Disclosed are a point cloud encoding and decoding method and device based on a two-dimensional regularization plane projection. The encoding method includes: acquiring original point cloud data; performing two-dimensional regularization plane projection on the original point cloud data to obtain a two-dimensional projection plane structure; obtaining a plurality of pieces of two-dimensional image information according to the two-dimensional projection plane structure; and encoding the plurality of pieces of two-dimensional image information to obtain code stream information. According to the present disclosure, the strong correlation representation of a point cloud on the two-dimensional projection plane structure is obtained, so that the spatial correlation of the point cloud is better reflected, and the encoding efficiency of the point cloud is improved. Moreover, a placeholder information map is used for assisting in encoding the depth information map, so that the encoding efficiency is further improved.

An encoding method includes: obtaining original point cloud data; transforming coordinates of the original point cloud data to obtain a coordinate transformation residual; establishing a relationship between azimuth information of a point cloud and the coordinate transformation residual; determining an encoding rule for the coordinate transformation residual based on the relationship between the azimuth information of the point cloud and the coordinate transformation residual; and encoding the coordinate transformation residual according to the encoding rule, to obtain data rate information.

The method includes: initiating the data sharing application on a first terminal; inserting the file to be shared in a webpage of the data sharing application on the first terminal, and generating an URL for the file in the data sharing application; the data-sharing application of the first terminal broadcasts the URL to other terminal, so that other terminals can share the file via the URL. The present disclosure can reduce the cost of data sharing while improve on the real-timeliness.
