A defoaming composition is composed of a composition E composed of a hydrogen bond donor polyether modified polysiloxane C and a hydrogen bond acceptor X, and a composition F composed of a hydrogen bond donor fatty alcohol polyether D and a hydrogen bond acceptor Y; and the polyether modified polysiloxane C is composed of a polyorganosiloxane A and an allyl polyether B. The general structural formula of the polyorganosiloxane A is RHSiO (MeSiO)SiHR, where Ris C1-12 alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl, and a=10-100. The general structural formula of the allyl polyether B is CH═CHCH(OCHCH)(OCHCHCH)OH, where b=1-10, and c=10-100. The general structural formula of the fatty alcohol polyether D is R(OCHCH)(OCHCHCH)OH, where Ris C3-20 linear or branched alkyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl; m=1-50; and n=10-100. The hydrogen bond acceptors X and Y are menthol, menthene, thymol, terpilenol, carveol or perillyl alcohol.

Defoaming composition

A non-silicon defoaming agent, includes an acrylate polymer, an organic solvent carrier, hydrophobic particles and defoaming auxiliaries; and the acrylate polymer is prepared from following raw material components: monomer-1, monomer-2, unsaturated terminated polyether, alkene, diluent and initiator. The present invention further includes a preparing method for the non-silicon defoaming agent and the application of the non-silicon defoaming agent to the defoaming and foam inhibiting in systems rich in anionic surfactants. The defoaming agent takes the acrylate polymer as the main active substance and has excellent defoaming and foam inhibiting performance. By dropwise adding monomers, the defoaming performance of the acrylate polymer is improved, by using unsaturated terminated polyether to modify, the hydrophilia of the acrylate polymer is improved, the instant defoaming capacity is further improved, and by the alkene with the carbon atoms of 6-22 to modify, the foam inhibiting performance of the defoaming agent is improved.

Non-silicon defoaming agent

Provided is a defoaming agent for a liquid detergent, comprising the following components: component A1, a modified polyorganosiloxane formed by reacting a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, an unsaturated polyether and an &#x3b1;-olefin; component A2, a modified polyorganosiloxane formed by reacting a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, an unsaturated polyether and a bivinyl-terminated polyorganosiloxane; component B, an organosilicon composition composed of a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, a polymer composed of an acrylate and an &#x3b1;-olefin, silica and an organosilicon resin; component C, a thickening agent; and component D, water. An excellent compatibility between the modified polyorganosiloxanes A1 and A2 enables the defoaming agent to exhibit an excellent defoaming performance, stability and clarity in a laundry detergent.

Defoaming agent for liquid detergent

Described is a method for preparation of stable fatty alcohol emulsion, wherein, fatty acid esters are introduced into an antifoaming agent emulsion system, and an anionic surfactant is added in the late stage of emulsification process in order to further improve the stability of the emulsion. The anionic surfactant is absorbed to the surface of fatty alcohol particles to make the fatty alcohol emulsion more stable under the action of ionic mutual repulsion. The prepared fatty alcohol emulsion has favorable foam elimination and suppression performance in the paper making procedure, and is stable during storage.

Process for preparation of stable fatty alcohol emulsion

A process for preparing a particle defoamer. The particle defoamer of 55%-75% of a carrier, 15%-35% of a silicone emulsion, 3%-10% of a texturing agent and 2%-10% of a solvent, based on the total weight of the particle defoamer; the process for preparing the particle defoamer is: (1)first adding a carrier A1 into a mixer, and then adding thereto a silicone emulsion B1, and stirring uniformly; (2)adding a carrier component A2 to the mixture obtained in (1), and stirring uniformly; (3)adding a silicone emulsion B2 to the mixture obtained in (2), and, after uniformly stirring, adding the solvent thereto and stirring uniformly; and (4)pelleting and drying by baking the mixture obtained in(3), so as to produce the product.
