A transmission device for a motor vehicle includes a gearwheel space, a gearwheel received in the gearwheel space and having at least one oil bunker for supplying oil for lubricating the gearwheel, and at least one oil return device. The oil is conveyable from the oil bunker into the gearwheel space. At least one oil sump for catching the oil is arranged in the gearwheel space. At least one partition is arranged between the oil bunker and the oil sump for separating the oil sump from the oil bunker. The at least one oil return device includes at least one wiper for wiping the oil from the gearwheel and at least one outlet for removing the wiped oil into the oil bunker. The wiper and the outlet are arranged on different sides of the at least one partition and are connected by at least one fluid connection.

Transmission device for a motor vehicle

An internal combustion engine with a crankcase upper part and a crankcase lower part, wherein an oil windage tray is provided, which is flanged onto the crankcase upper part from below, projects into the crankcase lower part, forms a wall for an oil mist roller initiated by the rotation of a crankshaft, and includes at least one carpenter's plane-like slot for separating oil droplets. At least two slots are provided in the rotational direction of the crankshaft and thus in the rotational direction of the oil mist roller, wherein a return opening, through which oil mist-free gases or gases with at least a reduced oil mist content flow back, is provided in the wall of the oil windage tray after each slot, as a result of which friction is reduced.

Internal combustion engine

An intake system for a combustion engine has at least two rows of cylinder heads, each of which features an intake manifold with individual pipes leading to the cylinders. The intake manifolds are connected to one another through transverse ducts equipped with switching valves as well as to an air supply duct leading to one of the transverse ducts, which features a throttle valve to regulate the air volume. The air supply duct is preferably comprised of a double-fluted distributor pipe leading to one of the transverse ducts. A throttle valve housing is connected upstream of the distributor pipe, and an interior wall is integrated into the distributor pipe, thereby dividing the interior space thereof into two interior ducts of virtually equal cross section.

Intake system for a combustion engine with at least two rows of cylinder heads

An oil filler device on an internal-combustion engine includes a filler neck having an oil filler opening and a closing lid for closing the filler opening. The closing lid has a cup-shaped closing cap which therefore has a bottom and a wall, a sealing device and a centering element interacting with a filler neck. The closing lid is equipped in the center on the bottom with a fastening section constructed as a flange, which fastening section reaches through the centering element and the centering element is fastened on the fastening section. In order to promote a dripping-off of oil situated on the interior side of the closing cap, it is provided that, for the fastening of the centering element on the fastening section, a holding ring is fitted onto the fastening section. The holding ring, on its ring opening, has radially inwardly projecting fastening lugs which extend diagonally with respect to the bottom and are applied to the fastening section. A drip nose extends away from the bottom on the centering element and the centering element rests by its interior circumferential surface flatly against the fastening section and by its exterior circumferential surface flatly against the interior side of the neck.
