A device and a method for determining and/or monitoring at least one process variable of a medium include a sensor unit having a mechanically oscillatable unit, at least a first piezoelectric element, a conductivity/capacitance detecting unit for determining and/or monitoring a conductivity and/or capacitance of the medium and an electronics unit. The device is embodied to excite the mechanically oscillatable unit by means of an excitation signal such that mechanical oscillations are executed, to receive the mechanical oscillations of the oscillatable unit, to convert them into a first received signal, to transmit a transmitted signal, and to receive a second received signal. The electronics unit is embodied, based on the first and/or second received signal, to determine the at least one process variable of the medium.

Vibronic multisensor

A device and a method for determining and/or monitoring at least one process variable of a medium include a sensor unit having a mechanically oscillatable unit, at least a first piezoelectric element, a temperature detection unit for determining and/or monitoring a temperature of the medium and an electronics unit. The device is embodied to excite the mechanically oscillatable unit by means of an excitation signal such that mechanical oscillations are executed, to receive mechanical oscillations of the oscillatable unit and convert them into a first received signal, to transmit a transmitted signal and to receive a second received signal. The electronics unit is embodied, based on the first and/or second received signal, to determine the at least one process variable and, based on a third received signal received from the temperature detection unit, to determine the temperature of the medium.

The electronics unit is embodied, based on the first and/or second received signal, to determine the at least one process variable of the medium.

Vibronic multisensor with pressure detection unit

A measuring transducer supply unit for use in automation technology, which makes the connection of at least one field unit to a superordinate unit by means of a two-wire line possible, wherein the measuring transducer supply unit comprises at least a switch, a radio module, and a circuitry. The radio module can be activated or de-activated by means of the switch, and the circuitry realizes the conversion between signals of the two-wire line and signals of the radio module such that the at least one field unit connected to the measuring transducer supply unit via the two-wire line can be operated by wireless communications connection by means of the radio module.

Measuring transducer supply unit, system for use in automation technology, and method for operating such a system

A system for monitoring the leak-tightness of a tank, which is filled with a liquid with a lower density than water. The system has a liquid drain pipe, with a container that has a bottom, which is integrated horizontally in the liquid drain pipe with a damming element, which divides the container into a partial area on the supply flow side and partial area on the drain side. A first vibronic measuring device with a first vibrating unit protruding into the supply flow side partial area of the bottom determines whether the density of the medium undershoots a specified limit. A second vibronic measuring device with a second vibrating unit, at a position not exceeding the level of the first vibrating unit, which detects whether the vibrating unit are covered with medium, and with an evaluation unit uses the measured values of measuring devices to determine whether there is liquid from the tank in the container.
