A torque transmitting device for a drive train for transmitting an input torque provided by at least one drive element to an output element. The device including: an electric motor having a stator and a rotor which can be rotated relative to said stator for providing a further drive torque; a separating clutch arranged operatively between the first drive element and the electric motor; and at least one centrifugal pendulum which is arranged operatively between the separating clutch and the output element and has at least two pendulum masses which are accommodated so as to be deflectable to a limited extent along a pendulum path and so as to be peripherally adjacent to one another on at least one pendulum mass carrier that can be rotated about an axis of rotation, wherein the peripherally adjacent pendulum masses are coupled to one another via coupling means.

Torque transmitting device

A torque-transmitting device has a first input side, a second input side, an output side, a hydrodynamic converter, a lockup clutch, a first torque-transmitting path which runs between a splitting point and a merging point, and a second torque-transmitting path which is configured so as to be parallel with respect to the first torque-transmitting path. The hydrodynamic converter is arranged in the first torque-transmitting path and the lockup clutch is arranged in the second torque-transmitting path. The hydrodynamic converter has a pump wheel and a turbine wheel which is hydrodynamically connectable to the pump wheel. The splitting point is connected to the first input side for conjoint rotation. The pump wheel and a first clutch input side of the lock-up clutch are each connected to the splitting point for conjoint rotation. A second input side is connected downstream of the merging point in a torque flow of a first torque from the first input side to the output side.

Torque-transmitting device and drivetrain

A torque transmitting device for a drivetrain for transmitting a drive torque to an output element. The device having: an electric motor with a conversion unit, which comprises a stator and a rotor that is rotatable relative to the stator, for converting electrical energy into mechanical energy; and a torsional vibration damper with a damper mass received on a damper mass support such that the damper mass can be deflected to a limited extent against the action of a restoring force, the damper mass being arranged so as to overlap radially with the conversion unit.

A method actively dampens a start-up resonance of a torsional damper when starting an internal combustion engine. The torsional damper () is fixed between an internal combustion engine () and a secondary side () of a torsional elasticity, and the internal combustion engine () is started using a starter generator () arranged on a side of the internal combustion engine () counter to the torsional elasticity. A counter excitation is applied to a torque generated by the starter generator () when the internal combustion engine () is started, which counter excitation is modulated on the basis of a parameter of the internal combustion engine () which changes when the internal combustion engine () is being started.

Method for actively dampening a start-up resonance of a torsional damper when starting an internal combustion engine

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a centrifugal pendulum () as well as a centrifugal pendulum () which is manufactured using said method and which comprises pendulum components () made of sheet metal, i.e. a pendulum mass support () that is arranged about an axis of rotation (d), and pendulum masses () that are distributed about the circumference. In order to reduce tool costs and the cost per item, at least one punched blank () comprising at least two pendulum components () is manufactured, whereupon the pendulum components () are separated from one another.

A torque-transmitting device comprises a torque converter arranged at least partially within a housing of the torque-transmitting device. The torque converter has a pump impeller, a turbine wheel, and a guide wheel. The guide wheel is connected to a stator shaft. An actuator is coupled to the stator shaft and is configured to exert a torque on the guide wheel via the stator shaft.

Centrifugal pendulum device and torsional vibration damper

An oil-flooded single-plate or multi-plate lockup clutch is provided in a torque transfer device. The torque transfer device may, for example, be a converter, a dual clutch, a starting clutch, a manual shifter, or power shifting clutch, having a piston to engage the clutch and a damper. In accordance with the present disclosure, the piston together with a housing of the torque transfer device forms a closed pressure chamber when the clutch is engaged and at least one oil flow opening is provided in the piston in an area outside of the pressure chamber. The torque transfer device preferably has a damper and the piston of the clutch forms a part of the damper and may be designed as a retainer for springs of the damper.

A converter unit having a damping system and having a torque transfer unit for connecting an input shaft separably to an output shaft, wherein the torque transfer unit has a co-rotating housing and the damping system can be installed centered and detachably on the housing is provided. With the converter unit proposed here standard components can be used, which are compact and easily installable.
