A valve, particularly a proportional pressure control valve for controlling fluid flows, includes a valve housing () having at least three fluid-conducting connections in the form of a pump connection (P), a use connection (A) and of a tank (T) connection. To connect the pump connection (T) to the use connection (A) and the use connection (A) to the tank connection (T), a control piston () can be guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner inside the valve housing (). This control piston is provided for establishing a fluid-conducting connection between at least one of the connections (P) and a pilot chamber () of a pilot valve () having a connecting channel (). A valve part () of the pilot valve () is guided in the pilot chamber () in a longitudinally displaceable manner. The connecting channel () has a throttle in the direction of the pilot chamber () of the pilot valve () with its valve part. A guiding device () oriented toward the pilot chamber () and provided for guiding the fluid flow is provided next to the throttle to divert the fluid flow, conveyed inside the connecting channel () and flowing toward the valve part (), at least partially away from this valve part.

Valve

A modular valve system includes at least one valve housing () having standard rate quantities on its opposite ends (), both on the inner peripheral side and on the outer peripheral side and inside the housing (). Modular valve components, such as a valve piston (), at least one energy accumulator (), a pilot-controlled element, and at least one fluidic connection are mounted in the housing. The housing provides for fixing the valve embodied in the form of a screw-in cartridge for connection to other components.

Modular valve system

A pressure regulating valve, in particular a proportional pressure regulating valve, includes a valve body () with at least a pump connection (P), a use connection (A) and a tank connection (T). A piston (), capable of being displaced by a controllable actuating device (), is guided in the valve body (). At the periphery of the piston, a recess () is formed and defines a peripheral annular gap () delimited by the control edges () of the piston (). In the piston (), a passage () provides fluid communication between the front surface of the piston (), subjected to the use connection (A) pressure, and the rear surface () of the piston (), adjacent to a pressure chamber () located behind. The passage () of the piston () has, in the region proximate to the piston front surface, a restriction zone (). In a region away from the restriction zone () towards the rear of the piston surface (), an orifice () faces the peripheral annular gap (), and has a second restriction zone ().

Pressure regulating valve, in particular proportional pressure regulating valve

A valve, especially a pressure control valve, includes a housing ( ) with a pump connection (P), an appliance connection (A) and a tank connection (T). A piston ( ) controlled by a magnet armature ( ) is guided inside the housing ( ) of the valve. The vavle is provided with a hydraulic damping device ( ) having a damping chamber ( ) in fluid communication with appliance connection (A) through a throttle ( ). The pump connection (P) or the tank connection (T) is selectively joined to the appliance connection (A) via a connecting line ( ) according to the position of the piston ( ). This valve improves upon known control valves so that the control valve remains stable in terms of behavior, especially with regard to permanent oscilliations.

Valve, especially a pressure control valve

The invention relates to a pressure control valve ( ) comprising a control piston ( ) which is able to slide in a valve hole ( ). Under the effect of an energy accumulator ( ) said piston in one direction of displacement connects a pump connection ( ) with a consumer connection ( ) and in the other direction of displacement connects the consumer connection ( ) with a tank connection ( ) such that the pump connection ( ) is closed off. The aim of the invention is to provide a pressure control valve which functions reliably and in a stable manner even in case of elevated control dynamics. To this end, independently of the direction of displacement of the control piston ( ) a minimum volume flow present between the piston and the valve hole ( ) dampens the displacement of the control piston ( ).
