A device for manufacturing microstructures including a permeable template, wherein the template comprises at least one recess for manufacturing the microstructures. In addition, the device comprises a vacuum-generating device connected to the template such that a vacuum is applied to at least one side of the template. Further, a method for filling a permeable template, wherein the template comprises at least one recess for manufacturing microstructures. The method comprises feeding the at least one substance to be filled in to the template as well as generating a vacuum on at least one side of the template

Device and method for producing microstructures

A microarray receptacle which has a first side and a second side. Furthermore, the microarray receptacle includes a carrier structure for connecting the microarray receptacle to an application point. To the carrier structure there is connected a carrier surface which in turn is connected to a microarray. An articulation device is arranged between the carrier surface and the carrier structure, the articulation device making possible movement of the microarray connected to the carrier surface relative to the carrier structure along the extent of the microarray. Further, a microarray receptacle cluster with a plurality of such microarray receptacles.
