An electronic smoking device includes an elongate housing sleeve accommodating at least part of the following components: a battery as an electric power source powering an electrically activatable atomizer including an electric heater adapted to atomize a liquid supplied from a reservoir to provide an aerosol exiting from the atomizer; a puff detector adapted to indicate an aerosol inhaling puff; and control electronics connected to the puff detector and adapted to control the heater of the atomizer. At least part of the battery, the puff detector, the control electronics and/or the atomizer is mounted on an elongate insert permitting lateral access and fitting into the housing sleeve via one of the ends of the housing sleeve.

The present invention relates generally to electronic smoking devices and in particular to a tray for at least a portion of an electronic smoking device. The tray () comprises at least one cavity () for containing the portion. The tray () is configured to be reversibly deformed from a default form into a deformed form by finger interaction with interaction elements of the tray () having a distance to each other of at least 90% of the average distance between thumb tip and index finger tip or a middle finger tip of an adult. The tray () is configured to return to the default form once the finger interaction is terminated. The present invention relates to a container for a tobacco related product, comprising at least a base portion and a top portion defining at least one closable compartment for storing the tobacco related product. At least one wall portion of the container comprises a thermochromic material as an integral part, wherein the thermochromic material is configured for undergoing a visible color change in a temperature range between 0&#xb0; C. and 0&#xb0; C. Thus, information on a preferred consumption condition of the tobacco related product can be provided to a user.
