The invention relates to a quick coupling for coupling a tool to the boom of a working machines, comprising a quick coupling part at the boom side and a quick coupling part at the tool side that are latchable to one another via two spaced apart latching axles and an energy circuit coupling for the automatic coupling of an energy connector at the tool side and an energy connector at the boom side that comprises an energy coupling part at the boom side and an energy coupling part at the tool side that move toward one another by pivoting together about a first latching axle on an orbit and thereby automatically couple with one another. At least one of the energy coupling parts is movably supported. The energy circuit coupling comprises a linear guide that compensates the circular relative movement of the energy coupling parts on the pivoting together and guides them linearly toward one another.

A hydraulic quick coupling is described for the coupling of structural components. Two interacting quick-coupling parts are provided which are arranged respectively on the structural components, one quick-coupling part having at least one guide bolt which can engage in a centering bore of the quick-coupling part lying opposite it, each quick-coupling part being provided with coupling plugs or coupling sleeves for the connection of the hydraulic lines, and at least one quick-coupling part being arranged movably on one structural component in order to connect or separate the two quick-coupling parts.

The present application relates to a hydraulic system having a hydraulic supply, a consumer and having a control valve, which is in communication with the consumer by means of a first line and a second line, it being possible for the control valve to be switched into different positions, and the control valve connecting the hydraulic supply to the first line in at least one position. Moreover, a third line, serving as a further return, which is in communication with the first valve and does not lead to or open out in the control valve, is also provided, the first valve being connected in such a manner that when pressure is applied to the first line it opens up a connection between the second and third lines.

The invention relates to a construction machine with a quick coupler for the coupling of a tool to a boom having a quick coupling part on the boom side and a quick coupling part on the tool side having a power circuit coupling, in particular a hydraulic coupling, having plate-like supports of the power coupling parts for the automatic coupling of a power connection on the tool side to a power connection on the boom side. In accordance with the invention, a write/read head is arranged in or at one of the two plate-like supports. Furthermore, a data carrier is arranged in the oppositely disposed plate-like support such that both can exchange data with one another in the coupled state.

Construction machine with a quick coupler

The invention relates to a quick-change attachment to connect a tool, preferably, to the boom of a hydraulic excavator, comprising a boom-connecting quick-change attachment component to accommodate a tool, one end of which has a pin, and the other end of which is retained within a bearing of the quick-change attachment by positive-fit or friction engagement. According to the invention, a bushing in the form of a half-liner having a large support angle is inserted in the bearing.

A quick coupling for coupling a tool to the boom of a hydraulic excavator and the like with a quick coupling part at the boom side and a quick coupling part at the tool side which can be latched together via a pair of spaced latching axles and with a power circuit coupling, in particular a hydraulic coupling, for the automatic coupling of a power connector at the tool side to a power connector at the boom side, wherein the power circuit coupling has a power coupling part at the boom side and a power coupling part at the tool side which ar arranged at the quick coupling part at the boom side or at the quick coupling part at the tool side such that they automatically couple as soon as the two quick coupling parts are pivoted together into their latching position about a first of the two latching axles. The quick coupling is characterized by a linear guide being associated with the power circuit coupling which guides the two power coupling parts in a linear manner with respect to one another during coupling despite the pivot movement.

The invention relates to a rapid coupling for connection of an implement to an operating arm, with at least one pair of lock pins that are movably guided toward each other in alignment and that can be moved toward and away from each other by a drive and that penetrate into an aligned lock hole in the implement in their extended lock position. According to the invention, pre-centering device are provided to pre-center the retracted lock pins on the lock holes.
