A contact element for connecting an electrical conductor and a conductor terminal with such a contact element are provided. The contact element includes a conductor insertion area in which there are two opposite first side walls, a first floor section connecting the first side walls and a first cover section opposite the first floor section. The first side walls, the first floor section and the first cover section limit a conductor insertion channel. One or both first side walls each have at least one spring tongue freed from the first floor section and the first cover section, which tongue forms a clamping point for clamping an electrical conductor by means of a spring force.

Contact element and conductor terminal for connecting an electrical conductor

A spring-clamp terminal block for connecting an electrical conductor, with a bus bar, a clamping spring, a housing and a lever, wherein the lever has a bearing plate with a partially circular outer contour for mounting the lever in a counter bearing, and wherein the lever has a follower which is designed to move the clamping arm out of a closed position into an open position when the lever is actuated.

Spring-clamp terminal block

A conductor connection terminal with at least one spring-loaded clamping connection for connecting an electrical conductor via a spring-loaded clamping. The spring-loaded clamping connection has at least one clamping point for clamping the electrical conductor which is formed with a clamping leg of a clamping spring. The conductor connection terminal has a manual actuating element which, as a result of manual actuation, can be moved from at least a closed position, in which the clamping point is closed, to an open position, in which the clamping point is open, and vice versa. The conductor connection terminal comprises a movably mounted control element by means of which the manual actuating element is mechanically coupled to the clamping spring, so that, as a result of manual actuation of the manual actuating element, the clamping point can be opened and closed via the control element.

Conductor connection terminal

A conductor terminal with a busbar piece and a clamping spring. The clamping spring has a clamping limb which is oriented towards the busbar piece in order to form a clamping point for clamping an electric conductor between the clamping limb and the bus bar piece, a spring bracket which adjoins the clamping limb, and a contact limb, a vertical section of which extends transversely to the bus bar piece. The vertical section of the contact limb has a recess with edges which surround the bus bar piece. The bus bar piece has a contact wall which adjoins the wall surface of the contact limb vertical section extending transversely to the busbar piece. The wall surface lying on the vertical section side facing away from the clamping limb, and which is designed to support the vertical section of the contact limb on the contact wall.

Conductor terminal having a busbar piece and a clamping spring

A conductor terminal with at least one spring force terminal connection for the connection of an electrical conductor via spring force clamping. The spring force terminal connection has a clamping spring. The conductor terminal has a housing and an actuating lever which is pivotably mounted in a pivoting plane in the housing for actuating the clamping spring. The actuating lever is formed with at least one clamping spring actuator element and at least one control element. The clamping spring actuator element actuates the clamping spring and the control element has at least one handle portion for manually actuating the actuating lever. The control element and the clamping spring actuator element have mutually corresponding fastening elements, via which the control element and the clamping spring actuator element are form-fittingly and/or force-fittingly connected to one another.

Conductor terminal and method of assembling a conductor terminal

A conductor terminal is provided that includes at least one insulating housing, at least one contact insert, which is arranged at least predominantly within the insulating housing and which has at least one clamping spring, at least one actuating lever, by means of which the clamping spring can be deflected, wherein the actuating lever is pivotable at least from an open to a closed position and vice versa, wherein the insulating housing has as separate components at least a main housing part and a cover part, which can be positively fixed to the main housing part by means of at least a positive locking element.

Conductor terminal

A conductor terminal with a busbar piece and a clamping spring. The clamping spring has a clamping limb which is oriented towards the busbar piece in order to form a clamping point for clamping an electric conductor between the clamping limb and the bus bar piece, a spring bracket which adjoins the clamping limb, and a contact limb, a vertical section of which extends transversely to the bus bar piece. The vertical section of the contact limb has a recess with edges which surround the bus bar piece. The bus bar piece has a contact wall which adjoins the wall surface of the contact limb vertical section extending transversely to the busbar piece. The wall surface lying on the vertical section side facing away from the clamping limb, and which is designed to support the vertical section of the contact limb on the contact wall by means of the wall surface facing away from the clamping limb.

A spring-loaded clamping connection for clamping an electrical conductor, having an insulating-material housing, a bus bar and a clamping spring. The clamping spring has a contact limb, a spring bow, a clamping limb and an operating section. The clamping limb has a clamping edge. The clamping edge forms, with the busbar, a clamping point for clamping the electrical conductor between the clamping edge and the busbar. An operating element is movably mounted in the insulating-material housing and designed to apply force to the operating section. The operating element is mounted in the insulating-material housing in a linearly displaceable manner and extends from the operating section of the clamping spring beyond a plane which is spanned by the bearing surface of the contact limb on the bus bar or on the insulating-material housing.
