A linear guide device includes at least one linear guide unit which has a guide housing, in which two annularly closed circulating channels are formed in each of which a multitude of roller bearing elements is received. The guide housing has a single-piece housing intermediate element which contributes to the formation of the circulating channels and through which passes at least one lubrication channel which communicates with the circulating channels. The lubrication channel passes through the single-piece housing intermediate element and extends partly also in an integral pipe-stub-like lubrication appendix of the single-piece housing intermediate element, wherein the lubrication appendix includes a lubrication opening which is accessible from outside the guide housing for bringing in lubricant.

A swashplate-type pivot bearing, or an axial piston machine that has the swashplate-type pivot bearing, which ensure reliable operation. The swashplate-type pivot bearing for a hydraulic axial piston machine has a housing section, a swashplate section and a multiplicity of rolling bodies. The swashplate section is pivotably mounted in the housing section by the rolling bodies and the rolling bodies are arranged in a full-roller configuration and/or without a cage in at least one rolling body row. The swashplate-type pivot bearing also has at least one follow-up device for follow-up adjustment and/or synchronization of the rolling bodies, which is arranged and/or formed at an end of the rolling body row. The follow-up device is controlled by a slotted guide.

A circumferential guide for rolling bodies for use in a linear guide unit which has a carriage-type part and a rail-type part that has at least one loaded roller body row and one unloaded roller body row during the intended operation. The circumferential guide is configured as a pre-mountable unit. A linear guide unit is also disclosed that contains at least one circumferential guide. The circumferential guide has at least one component for the rolling bodies, which at least partially guides both the loaded rolling body rows and the unloaded rolling body rows (Ru) during the intended operation. This configuration achieves that the parts requirement for the circumferential guide can be held low, resulting both in a reduction of production costs and in a compact and stable shape of the same.

A linear ball bearing for longitudinally movable mounting of a shaft-like guide rail in a part surrounding the guide rail, which has a sleeve-like cage with recesses arranged one behind the other in the circumferential direction holding ball circuits which have at least one supporting section with supporting balls which are supported such that they can roll on the guide rail. The supporting balls are also supported such that they can roll on a raceway of a supporting race element inserted indirectly or directly into the cage. The supporting race element has at least one radial outer surface, arched outward at least in one direction, for contact against an inner surface of the part which surrounds the guide rail. The outer surface is formed by at least one web-like projection extending in the longitudinal direction of the supporting race element.

Linear ball bearing and supporting race element for the same

A pivot bearing having a first bearing surface of hollow cylindrical design, at least in sections. Guided in the first bearing surface is a second bearing surface of hollow cylindrical design, at least in sections. Rolling bodies are arranged between the bearing surfaces. The pivot bearing also has a cage for guiding the rolling bodies, and a slide block to prevent the cage from slipping. A first grove is formed in the first bearing surface and a second grove is formed in the second bearing surface. The groves are inclined transversely with respect to the running direction of the rolling bodies. The opposite inclination of the groves has the result that, if the spacing between the bearing surfaces is neglected, the grooves intersect. The sliding block is guided between the grooves. The cage has a recess that holds the sliding block permitting cage control.

Pivot bearing

A method for operating a drive train in a motor vehicle with a dual mass flywheel driven by an internal combustion engine via a crankshaft and at least a transmission input shaft of a transmission that can be coupled with an output part of the dual mass flywheel. Between the input part and output part a hysteresis-laden damping device is effective, which influences engine torque output from the internal combustion engine and load torque transmitted to at least a transmission input shaft through the hysteresis characteristic. To eliminate the disturbances caused by the dual mass flywheel a state model constantly determines rotation speeds of the input part and of the output part and depending on a differential angle determined from the rotation speeds and from the characteristic numbers of the damping device, a characteristic disturbance torque for influencing at least the load torque is determined in real time.

Method for operating a drive train

A linear guide, which has at least one approximately U-shaped carriage with side limbs that engage at least partially over a guide rail, at least two recirculating ball shoes for the longitudinally movable support of the carriage with respect to the guide rail and adjusting means for pressing the recirculating ball shoes against the guide rail without play. At least one component is provided which has, in cross-section, at least one wedge-shaped portion, which projects at least partially into a likewise wedge-shaped intermediate space between at least one recirculating ball shoe and one of the side limbs. It is possible to realize reliable and automatic play adjustment which can be realized in a cost-effective manner, with a compact design of the linear guide being maintained.

At least one state value of the driven element is read into the control device, and a balancing of the cylinder of the drive unit is carried out utilizing the at least one state value.

The invention relates to a roller bearing for linear movements, said roller bearing comprising a guiding carriage which is essentially C-shaped in the cross-section thereof, is displaceably guided on a guiding rail in the longitudinal direction thereof, and comprises two lateral limbs. The carrier body of the roller bearing is supported in the region of each lateral limb in such a way that it can be displaced on the guiding rail by means of at least one series of rolling bodies. The series of rolling bodies respectively comprises a load-transmitting row of rolling bodies, which engages with a load-carrying running path of the carrier body and a load-carrying running path of the guiding rail, in addition to an inverted row of rolling bodies and two defecting rows of rolling bodies. In order to form the load-carrying running path of the carrier body, a running path element is provided parallel to the longitudinal direction of the guiding rail. According to the invention, the running path element is embodied as a hardened sheet metal element which is arranged and fixed in a receiving region on the respective lateral limbs of the carrier body.
