The present embodiments relate to an X-ray apparatus having a movable detector housing, in which a radiation detector is arranged. The X-ray apparatus includes at least one releasable interlock device configured to inhibit or enable the maneuverability of the movable detector housing. At least one control element is arranged on the movable detector housing, using which the at least one releasable interlock device is actuated. At least one grab handle element is also arranged on the movable detector housing. The movable detector housing is movable by hand and is holdable by a patient using the at least one grab handle element.

X-ray apparatus with a radiation detector

A carriage that can be attached to and move on a rail is provided. The carriage has a contact area that supports a cable connection, for example, for a power supply. An end section of the contact area is designed so as to fold down on removal of a pressure exerted by a section of the cable connection lying thereon, so that as a result the carriage is contracted.

The X-ray device comprises an X-ray source and a high-voltage generator for supplying the X-ray source with voltage, wherein the high-voltage generator has an intermediate circuit voltage generator and a high-voltage generator, the high-voltage generator is connected to the X-ray source, and the intermediate circuit voltage generator is connected to the high-voltage generator, wherein the intermediate circuit voltage generator and the high-voltage generator are structurally separate and the high-voltage generator is structurally positioned near the X-ray source, thereby keeping the high-voltage line to the X-ray source short.

X-ray device

A height-adjustably mounted apparatus has a flexible supply line that is conducted to the apparatus from above and is provided with a weight compensation device so that the apparatus can be easily adjusted to different vertical positions. The weight compensation device includes a cable drum that accepts a first carrying cable which is loaded with the height-adjustably mounted apparatus and is subjected to a force directed opposite to the weight of the device and the weight compensation device includes a second carrying cable that is accepted on the cable drum and has an end secured to a supply line at a fastening location, so that the fastening location is lifted by the second carrying cable during vertical adjustment of the apparatus.

Weight compensation device

A ceiling support for an X-ray source with a decouplable tomogram drive, has a transverse carriage suspended so as to be displaceable along a longitudinal ceiling running rail with the tomogram drive. The tomogram drive has a driven gearwheel on the drive shaft of a drive motor which is rigidly secured to the transverse carriage. The tomogram drive has a displacement gearwheel that meshes therewith and that is seated on a rocker which is pivotable around the drive shaft. The rocker can be pivoted by a switchable drive element into engagement with a toothed rack secured to the longitudinal ceiling running rail.
