A mobile transceiver apparatus comprises means for extracting context information from an application being run on a mobile transceiver, context information from an operation system being run on the mobile transceiver, or context information from hardware drivers or hardware of the mobile transceiver, the context information comprising information on a state of the application and/or information on a state of the mobile transceiver.
