A control arrangement for supplying pressure medium to a plurality of consumers. A supply metering orifice and an individual pressure compensator are associated with each consumer of the plurality of consumers. The individual pressure compensator is adjusted via a central control unit.

Control arrangement and method for activating a plurality of hydraulic consumers

A hydraulic two-circuit system () for activating consumers (A, B; A, B; A, B) of a mobile unit, for example a track-laying unit, and an interconnecting valve arrangement (), which is suitable for a two-circuit system () of this type and via which the two circuits () can be interconnected so as to add them together, are disclosed. According to the invention, the interconnecting valve arrangement has an interconnecting valve with two pressure connections (P, P), two LS input connections (LS, LS) and two LS output connections, wherein a valve body of the interconnecting valve is designed with four control surfaces, of which two control surfaces which act in one direction are acted upon by the highest load pressure (LS) in the first circuit and by the pumping pressure (P) in the second circuit, and the control surfaces acting in the other direction are acted upon by the highest load pressure (LS) in the second circuit and by the pumping pressure (P) in the first circuit.

Hydralic two-circuit system and interconnecting valve system

A control arrangement to supply-pressure medium to at least two hydraulic consumers having a variable-displacement pump controlled according to required flow and the setting of which can be changed by a, pump controller as a function of highest load pressure of the actuated hydraulic consumers; two adjustable meter-in variable restrictors, a first of which is arranged between a feed line, which leads from the variable-displacement pump, and a first hydraulic consumer, and the second of which is arranged between the feed line and a second hydraulic consumer; and two pressure compensators, a first of which is connected downstream of the first meter-in variable restrictor and the second of which is connected downstream of the second meter-in variable restrictor, and the control piston of which can be acted on in opening direction by the pressure downstream of the associated meter-in variable restrictor. To ensure in this type control arrangement that a brief excess quantity from the variable-displacement pump is not passed on to the hydraulic consumers, the control pistons of the pressure compensators can be acted on in closing direction by a control pressure which is present in a rear control space, is derived from the feed pressure prevailing in the feed line with aid of a valve device and changes with the feed pressure. There is also a pressure differential valve which, with small structure, allows a pressure at its outlet to follow, with a fixed pressure difference, a rising pressure at its inlet. Together with a restricted pressure relief of the outlet to the tank, this type pressure differential valve ensures in each case a fixed pressure difference between the outlet pressure and the inlet pressure. This valve is particularly suitable for use in the control arrangement.

Control arrangement for at least two hydraulic consumers and pressure differential valve for said control arrangement

A hydraulic circuit for controlling a consumer of a mobile work tool, wherein the pressure in supply and outlet lines towards the consumer is limited by means of pilot-controlled pressure control valves. The pilot control stage of these pressure control valves may be adjusted in accordance with a pilot control pressure corresponding to the load of the work tool.

An LUDV-circuit for controlling at least one of a lower-load consumer and a higher-load consumer is disclosed, wherein a metering orifice and a downstream pressure compensator for maintaining constant the pressure drop across the metering orifice constant are associated with each consumer. The pressure compensator of the lower-load consumer is associated with a bypass channel capable of being controlled open, whereby the pressure compensator of this consumer may be bypassed.

The invention concerns a hydraulic control circuit in which the pressure medium conveyed by a hydraulic pump of variable delivery (,) is fed, in each case via a metering aperture (,), as a priority to a first hydraulic consumer (,) and only secondly to a second hydraulic consumer (,). A priority control system is now produced without additional delivery losses and with sufficient amounts of pressure medium being conveyed in that the valve member (,) of the priority valve (,) can be acted upon in the closure direction of the connection between the first connection (,) and the second connection (,) by a pressure prevailing in a line section (,) upstream of the first metering aperture (,).
