A filler device includes a distal housing comprising a distal inner port and a distal outer port; a proximal housing comprising a proximal inner port and a proximal outer port, the proximal housing being sealingly affixed to the distal housing to form an inspiratory pathway between the distal inner port and the proximal inner port and to form an expiratory pathway between the distal outer port and the proximal outer port that is fluidly sealed from the inspiratory pathway, the inspiratory pathway being laterally adjacent the expiratory pathway; and a first filter in the inspiratory pathway or in the expiratory pathway to filter gases flowing through the inspiratory pathway or the expiratory pathway.

Breathing circuit systems and devices

A filter device includes a distal housing comprising a distal inner port and a distal outer port; a proximal housing comprising a proximal inner port and a proximal outer port, the proximal housing being sealingly affixed to the distal housing to form an inspiratory pathway between the distal inner port and the proximal inner port and to form an expiratory pathway between the distal outer port and the proximal outer port that is fluidly sealed from the inspiratory pathway, the inspiratory pathway being laterally adjacent the expiratory pathway; and a first filter in the inspiratory pathway or in the expiratory pathway to filter gases flowing through the inspiratory pathway or the expiratory pathway.

A visualization instrument comprising a display support component removably coupled to a component insertable into a target space. The insertable component includes a camera providing images of the target space. The images are presented in a display device supported by the display support component. The insertable component may be discarded after a permitted number of uses.

Visualization instrument

A laryngeal tube comprising a tubular component and a nozzle having a central cavity, an anterior opening and a tongue at least partially covering the central cavity. In one example, the laryngeal tube has a first lumen to deliver gases to a patient and a fluid barrier supported by the nozzle. In other examples, the laryngeal tube may include additional lumens including a service lumen to perform a function associated with the thorax and an inflation lumen to inflate the fluid barrier.

Laryngeal tube

A strap system is useable with an anesthesia/respiratory face mask having an axially extending gas port connector and a gasket member. The gas port connector has a first diameter, and the gasket member is engageable with and conformable to a face of a patient. The strap system includes a strap member having a first end portion, a second end portion and a middle portion, and a collar. The collar includes an axially extending portion having a second diameter. The strap system includes a strap having a first end portion, and a second end portion; the collar also includes a radially extending portion having at least a first and a second slot through which the first and second end portions, respectively of the strap can pass. The slots are sized for adjustably receiving and fixedly positioning the first and second end portions of the strap.

Face mask strap system

A non-tracheal ventilation tube includes a multi-lumen tube shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, a proximal cuff and a distal cuff. The multi-lumen tube shaft is separated into a ventilation channel extending from a proximal ventilation opening to a distal ventilation opening, a suction channel extending from a proximal suction opening to a distal suction opening, and an inflation channel. The proximal cuff is attached to the tube shaft and is connected to the inflation channel for inflation and deflation. The distal cuff is attached to the tube shaft on the distal side of the proximal cuff and is connected to the inflation channel for inflation and deflation. The proximal suction opening and the proximal ventilation opening are located on the proximal side of the proximal cuff. The distal suction opening is located on the distal side of the distal cuff. The distal ventilation opening is located between the proximal cuff and the distal cuff. The outside diameter of the tube shaft decreases between the proximal cuff and the distal cuff due to the ending of the ventilation channel.

Non-tracheal ventilation tube

A unilimb breathing circuit has a proximal end coupling member, a distal end coupling member, an expiratory tube extending between the proximal and distal end coupling members, and an inspiratory tube extending between the proximal and distal end coupling members. The expiratory tube is a corrugated expiratory tube that is expandable between a fully compressed rest position, and a fully expanded rest position, and has a plurality of intermediate rest positions. At the plurality of intermediate rest positions, the expiratory tube is capable of maintaining its rest length without the exertion of an external force. The inspiratory tube is a corrugated inspiratory tube having a length that is variable between a fully compressed rest position and a fully expanded rest position, and includes a plurality of intermediate rest positions between the fully expanded rest position and the fully compressed rest position. The inspiratory tube is also capable of maintaining these intermediate rest positions without the exertion of an external force.
