A scroll machine for a medium has a machine housing having a longitudinal axis and an inlet and an outlet for the medium. Provided in the machine housing along the longitudinal axis is: a drive unit having a drive shaft mounted on the machine housing by a first bearing unit and a second bearing unit, a first spiral unit having a spiral channel formed by a first spiral rib and has an inner end region and an outer end region, and a second spiral unit having a spiral channel formed by a second spiral rib and has an inner end region and an outer end region. The first spiral unit and the second spiral unit engage one another to form pressure chambers, wherein the first spiral unit can be moved by means of the drive shaft through the drive unit along an orbital path relative to the second spiral unit.

Refrigerant compressor installation comprising at least three compressors which are arranged in parallel between an intake conduit and a pressure conduit and which each comprise a lubricant sump unit, wherein the compressors, when in operation, work in such a way that the respective pressures in the respective lubricant sump units of the respective compressors form a pressure cascade according to which the compressors have a successively slightly decreasing pressure in the respective lubricant sump unit in a defined cascade sequence, and wherein the lubricant sump units are connected to each other in a manner corresponding to the cascade sequence by way of a lubricant conduit system for lubricant transport, and wherein each lubricant sump unit comprises a port to which is connected an insert element which on the one hand establishes communication with the lubricant conduit system and on the other hand is configured such that it predetermines, for the respective lubricant sump unit, a lubricant level from which lubricant is transported to the lubricant sump unit that follows next in the cascade sequence.

To improve a compressor for refrigerant, comprising an outer casing, a scroll compressor disposed in the outer casing, a drive unit, disposed in the outer casing, for the second compressor body, having an eccentric drive, a drive shaft running in lying arrangement or approximately horizontally in the outer casing and a drive motor, which includes a stator and a rotor seated on the drive shaft, as well as a lubricant supply, in such a manner that the minimum possible quantity of lubricant is required, it is proposed that a lubricant collection space is disposed in the outer casing, that the lubricant supply has a delivery wheel which delivers lubricant from a delivery sump into a feed space for the drive shaft, and that a lower pressure prevails in a lubricant delivery space accommodating the delivery sump than in the lubricant collection space, so that the lubricant which collects in the lubricant space, on account of the pressure difference, passes into the delivery sump.

Compressor for refrigerant

The invention relates to a compressor for refrigerant, comprising: an outer housing; a scroll compressor which is disposed in the outer housing; an outlet, which is located in the base of the stationary compressor body and which leads to a high pressure chamber in the outer housing, and; a check valve, which has a valve body and which is disposed between the outlet and the high pressure chamber. The aim of the invention is to improve a compressor of the type described at the beginning in such a way as to ensure that the function of the check valve is as optimal as possible. To this end, the invention provides that the outlet having a center axis which is offset with respect to a center axis of the valve seat for the valve body in a transverse direction in relation to the center axis.
