A method for producing a fibrous material web, particularly for producing a tissue or hygienic paper web, in which a fibrous suspension is dewatered in a crescent former to obtain a fibrous material web, and dried on a Yankee. After the crescent former, the fibrous material web is guided along with the forming screen and felt over a suction roller downstream of the forming roller. Method for producing a fibrous material web

A method for producing a fibrous pulp web, in which a fibrous pulp suspension is dewatered in a Twin Wire Former to form a fibrous pulp web which is dried with a TAD dryer. A pre-dewatering device with a hood and suction roll is provided after the Twin Wire Former and before the TAD dryer. The fibrous pulp web is guided through the pre-dewatering device between exactly two machine cloths. The machine cloth between suction roll and the web is a porous felt, and the machine cloth between web and hood is a structured wire. A volume flux of hot drying fluid greater than 100 m/(m&#xb7;min), preferably greater than 250 m/(m&#xb7;min,) is drawn through the fibrous pulp web into the suction roll.

Process for production of a fibrous pulp web

The invention relates to a device for dewatering a fibrous web with a press zone which is formed by a mating element with a curved surface and a permeable press belt which wraps at least partially around the curved surface and has a running side and a contact side contacting a second side of the fibrous web. A permeable carrier belt arranged between the mating element and the fibrous web guides the fibrous web through the press zone. The device is configured so a fluid can flow through the press belt, the fibrous web, and the permeable carrier belt at least in a part region of the press zone. The permeable press belt is configured to generate a pressing pressure in the press zone when a tensile stress of at least 20 kN/m is applied and the contact side is adapted to a quality of the fibrous web produced.

Device and method for producing a material web

The invention relates to a method and to a device for drying a fibrous web wherein the traveling fibrous web is acted upon by steam and hot, moist air in the region of a preceding drying zone and is then fed to the preceding drying zone of a downstream drying zone comprising a drying cylinder and a hood allocated thereto. Hot air is taken out of the hood allocated to the drying cylinder of the downstream drying zone. To create at least a portion of the steam for the preceding drying zone, condensate and/or fresh water occurring in the drying cylinder of the downstream drying zone is heated by the hot air taken out of the hood by means of a first heat exchanger. A method of producing a tissue paper web in a papermaking machine including the steps of forming the web on a skin, selecting a quality of the web, bypassing a dewatering apparatus, passing the skin and web through a nip and conveying the web to a drying cylinder from the skin. The web is formed in a forming section of the machine from a pulp suspension on the skin. In the selecting step a quality of the web is selected thereby defining a quality selection of absorbency or tear resistance. The bypassing step includes bypassing the dewatering apparatus with the web and selecting a type of the skin dependent upon the quality selection. The machine being configured to bypass the dewatering apparatus dependent upon the quality selection; when the quality selection is tear resistance then the skin is a non-structured skin or a felt and the dewatering apparatus is bypassed, when the quality selection is the absorbency then the skin is a three-dimensionally structured skin or a structured mesh and the dewatering apparatus is not bypassed. In the passing step the skin and the tissue paper web passes through a nip defined between a cylindrical surface of the drying cylinder and a mating surface of a press roller.

The smooth roll and the at least one opposing element are arranged to form at least one press nip, a felt is structured and arranged to guide the fibrous web through the at least one press nip, and an embossing belt is structured and arranged to receive the fibrous web from the smooth roll. The smooth roll and the embossing belt are arranged such that the fibrous web passes in an unsupported manner over a free draw between said smooth roll and said embossing belt.
