An applicator for application onto and embossing microprofiling of a fluidic medium on a substrate, in particular in the aerospace sector, and a corresponding application device having such an applicator. The applicator has a circumferentially moving die that has an embossing profile, a press for the die and a stabilizing device, in particular a hardening device, for the applied medium. In addition, the applicator has a hollow support body, surrounded by the die at a distance forming a gap, the press being arranged in the gap. The application device has, in addition to the applicator, a handling device for a relative movement between the applicator and a workpiece.

A robot arrangement has a movable, programmable robot (), which has a plurality of links () and axes of motion (I-VII) and is arranged on a movable, drivable carrying device (). The robot arrangement () has a robot arrangement drive (), which can be actuated by the robot (), for the carrying means ().

A changeover device () is provided for tenter frames () in a treatment station () for vehicle bodies. The changeover device comprises at least one frame store () that can be rotated about a rotational axis () and is arranged at a distance from a working point (), and a transport device () provided with a guide () and a controllable towing device () for the tenter frames (). The transport device () has a guide () on the bottom side, for transporting the tenter frames in a vertical position, and also comprises a bottom-side or lateral stabilizing device (). A towing device () for the tenter frames () is arranged in the bottom region of the transport device () with at least one driven carriage ().

Changeover device for clamping frames

A clamping device or system () is provided for body parts (), which have a component clamping contour (), especially a component flange. The clamping device or system () has one or more clamping devices (), which have each a frame-like structure () with fixed and mobile clamping units () arranged therein, which are present in a plurality of pairs. The clamping units () have a strip-shaped design and are adapted to the course of the component clamping contour. Furthermore, the clamping device or system () has an adjusting device (), which feeds the mobile clamping units () to the component clamping contour and actuates them together or in a controllable sequence.
