A method is for producing a grid-like beam collimator. In an embodiment, the method includes printing a suspension, including a binder and metal particles, in several stacked layers to build a layer stack with a grid structure including a number of crossing webs, and removing the binder from the layer stack. In an embodiment, the printing includes applying a curable liquid stiffening material at least on a surface of the grid structure, and curing the curable liquid stiffening material after the applying.

The invention relates to implants that are implanted into living beings as temporary implants and that disintegrate in the body through biological adsorption over a period of time, in addition to a process for producing aforesaid implants. The implant according to the invention consists of magnesium or a magnesium master alloy. It is formed from fibers of magnesium or a magnesium master alloy that are connected to one another through sintering bridges that are locally spaced vis-&#xe0;-vis each other and form an open-pored body. The fibers may be produced with the help of the melt extraction process and may subsequently be sintered with one another.

The invention relates to a heat transfer device with channels for heat-absorbing media and channels for heat-emitting media, at least one of the channels having a textile structure with compressed and non-compressed regions. Whilst the compressed regions are disposed in the transition regions between the channels in order to improve the heat transfer to or across the channel wall, the non-compressed regions are disposed in the flow regions of the channels. This construction enables a large heat transfer to the heat transfer surface with simultaneously good heat conduction from the heat transfer surface to the separating surface.
