An electric machine includes a stator and rotor. The rotor has rotor laminated core mounted on a shaft, and the shaft includes an oil channel. The rotor laminated core has channels parallel to the axis of the shaft and termination plates are disposed at the ends of the rotor laminated core. The oil channel has transverse bores that are arranged on the front side of the electric machine in planes distanced axially from one another. A balancing plate at an end of the rotor laminated core includes a peripheral wall having apertures that communicate with the channels of the rotor laminated core, such that oil impacting the peripheral wall passes into the channels. Stator winding heads and the rotor laminated core can be cooled simultaneously via two cooling paths the axially offset transverse bores.

A rotor for at least one of a turbine and a compressor of a supercharging device may include a shaft defining an axis of rotation and at least one impeller. The at least one impeller may have a thread which is arranged coaxially to the axis of rotation. The shaft may include a complementary thread which is arranged coaxially to the axis of rotation. The shaft and the at least one impeller may be secured together via the respective threads. The shaft and the at least one impeller may be fixed with respect to one another via at least one of a soldered connection, a welded connection, an adhesive bond, a clamped connection and a crystallization connection.

Rotor for a turbine or a compressor or a turbine/compressor geometry

An exhaust gas turbocharger may include a bearing housing and a rotor. The rotor may have a shaft mounted in the bearing housing via two radial bearing bushes. Each radial bearing bush may have an inner surface facing the shaft. The inner surface may have a single chamfer, where the single chamfers of the two radial bearing bushes face one another, or two chamfers, where one of the two chamfers for each of the two radial bearing bushes facing one another are larger than the other of the two chamfers for each of the two radial bearing bushes facing away from one another.
