The application discloses a device for drawing a liquid from a process tank to be protected from contamination, including: a first receptacle for receiving the liquid withdrawn from the process tank; a first liquid line connecting the process tank with the first receptacle; and at least one first valve assembly disposed in the first liquid line and designed to block or release liquid transport through the first liquid line. The device includes at least one pressure sensor for detecting a pressure within the first receptacle. The device is designed such that a pressure difference between the first and the second ends of the first liquid line is greater than a predetermined minimum value when the first liquid line is connected with the process tank and the process tank is to be protected from contamination.

A method for determining a state of a measuring transducer integrated in a process container, wherein in the process container one or more processes are being performed, and the measuring transducer registers at least one physical or chemical process parameter within the process container, includes steps as follows: identifying a process currently being performed in the process container; and ascertaining a deviation value as measure of a deviation of a measured value progression registered by the measuring transducer during the process currently being performed in the process container from a measured value progression expected for the identified process, wherein the state of the measuring transducer and/or of the process is determined utilizing the ascertained deviation value.

Method and apparatus for determining a state of a measuring transducer integrated in a process container

The sensor arrangement includes: a least two sample chambers; at least two potentiometric FET-sensors, especially ISFET-sensors or ChemFET-sensors, having, in each case, a sensitive surface section, wherein each sensitive surface section lies in flow connection with its one of the sample chambers; and a reference cell having a reference medium for providing a reference potential, wherein the sample chambers are connected with the reference medium via an electrolyte bridge.
