The present disclosure relates to a solid hair cosmetic composition comprising&#x2014;based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition&#x2014;0.1 to 40.0% by weight of at least one polysaccharide, at least one polysaccharide being starch from corn, rice, potato or tapioca; modified starch; hydroxypropyl starch phosphate or a dextrin, and optionally: 10.0 to 60.0% by weight of at least one polyhydric alcohol, 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of at least one cationic surfactant, and 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of at least one saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C-Calcohol and/or a saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C-Ccarboxylic acid and/or a salt of a saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C-Ccarboxylic acid, as well as production and application methods and uses thereof.

The present disclosure relates to hair treatment agents and methods for improving nourishment properties of hair. An exemplary hair treatment agent includes, in a cosmetic carrier, trimethylglycine, an amidoamine of a specific formula and an esterquat of a specific formula. An exemplary hair treatment agent is suitable for improving the nourishment properties of hair, in particular for improving the combability and ease of detangling of wet and dry hair, and also the feel, shine and static properties of hair.

Hair cleaning agents and methods for improving the care properties of hair are provided. An exemplary hair cleaning agent contains anionic surfactant and a specific oil mixture. A mild cosmetic cleansing agent includes in a suitable carrier a) 1 to 6 wt. % of at least one anionic surfactant of the following formula (I), in which Rdenotes a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl residue having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, at least one of the residues Rto Rdenotes a C-Calkyl residue, and the other residues independently of one another denote a hydrogen atom or a C-Calkyl residue, and Mdenotes an ammonium, alkanolammonium or metal cation, b) 2 to 10 wt. % of at least one amphoteric and/or zwitterionic surfactant and c) 0.5 to 10 wt. % of at least one non-ionic surfactant and/or at least one non-ionic emulsifier, selected from at least one of the following groups of alkyl (oligo)glycosides, amine oxides and/or glycerol mono- and/or di(C-C) carboxylic acid esters, wherein the stated amounts relate to the total weight.
