An implant system includes at least two differing color-coded implants and at least two differing color-coded medical instruments. A color coding of the at least two instruments corresponds to a color coding of the at least two implants. The coding of the at least two medical instruments includes at least one coding element. The at least two medical instruments each comprise a first tool element and at least one second tool element for jointly handling one of the at least two implants. The first tool element and the at least one second tool element are movable relative to one another and are arranged or formed on a distal end of the respective instrument. The at least two instruments each include an actuating device.

Implant system

A mounting adapter for detachably attaching a sterile cover to an objective of a microscope includes a passage for inserting the objective. A drape-lens or light-transparent disc is arranged in the passage such that it adopts an oblique angle to the longitudinal axis of the passage. The mounting adapter includes a latching device for an axially holding of the mounting adapter on the objective inserted into the passage. A positioning geometry causes a reproducible target angular positioning or target rotational alignment of the mounting adapter on the objective by its axial attachment to fulfil its positioning function independently and separately from the latching device.

A jaw member for a tubular shafted surgical instrument includes a first branch having a first active region and a second branch having a second active region. The first branch and/or the second branch has a respective link member, and the branches are held in the axial direction. A cam support member is slideable relative to the at least one link member in the axial direction. The at least one link member and the cam support member are formed substantially planar and are arranged substantially layerlike one above the other. A corresponding jaw member can be assembled onto a tubular shaft.

A medical shaft-type instrument includes an instrument head for applying clamps, the instrument head connectable via an instrument shaft to an instrument handle for actuating the instrument head. The instrument also includes a clip magazine having a housing, in which magazine a plurality of clamps are bunkered at a predetermined storage position spacing to each other according to the storage principle. All of the clamps can be moved forward by one storage position by a reciprocating transport and entraining rail within the scope of a single delivery stroke. The transport and entraining rail has one clamp entraining element per clamp. The relative distance of the individual clamp entraining elements differs from the respective storage position distances of the clamps in such a way that the entrainment of the bunkered clamps is carried out within the scope of one single delivery stroke in a clocked way.

A medical shaft instrument includes an instrument head with at least one jaw member for applying clamps with two jaw member branches. The instrument head is connectable over an instrument shaft having an outer tube with a handle for actuation of the jaw member. A clip magazine includes a retaining rail for supporting clamps in a predetermined storage position distance from each other. All the clamps are advanceable by a forth and back movable conveying and advancing rail. The clamp closest to the instrument head is conveyable by a tongue into the jaw member between the jaw member branches. The retaining rail has a distally extending support plate or bridge, which covers a jaw member region of a jaw member branch on the other jaw member branch facing side such that a tipping of an advanced or advanceable clamp on the jaw member branch is prevented.

A jaw assembly for a surgical tubular shaft instrument includes a supporting component, a first arm and a second arm, the first arm and/or the second arm each having one link element. The arms are held by the supporting component in the axial direction. A cam carrier element is axially movable relative to the supporting component and carries at least two cams. Each link element is designed to be in contact with at least two cams when there is a relative axial movement between the supporting component and the cam carrier element, the cams being provided on the cam carrier element. Each link element is further designed to slide off of the cams to effect an opening or closing of the jaw assembly.

Jaw for a surgical tubular shaft instrument

A surgical clip for a surgical clip applicator includes at least one pair of clip arms. Each clip arm has a distal end and a proximal end. The two clip arms are connected to each other at the proximal ends of the clip arms and form a clip throat. A tangent angle between a tangent to a neutral fiber of a clip arm and a perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the clip increases over the entire length of the clip arm substantially continuously.

In a pneumatically actuatable surgical instrument comprising a handle and a pressurized gas operated tool arranged at the handle, a replaceable pressurized gas reservoir and a locking device for fixing the pressurized gas reservoir on the handle in an operative position in which the pressurized gas reservoir is connected to a pressurized gas channel by which the tool is supplied with pressurized gas, it is proposed, in order to improve the handling of the pressurized gas reservoir, that the instrument further comprises an unlocking device for releasing the fixing of the pressurized gas reservoir in the operative position.

Pneumatically actuatable surgical instrument

A gas operated surgical instrument is provided. The instrument includes a pressurized gas connection for connection to a source of pressurized gas, a working piston adapted to be acted upon by a pressurized gas, an actuating element for actuating the instrument, and a regulating device coupled to the actuating element and to the working piston for regulating a feed force of the working piston. The regulating device is configured such that, for feed forces below a predetermined limit force, it defines a first work area in which the working piston is movable in the distal direction solely owing to a feed force applied with the actuating element, and that above the limit force the regulating device defines a second work area in which the working piston is movable in the distal direction by being acted upon by pressurized gas.

Gas-operated surgical instrument

A compressed gas operated instrument incorporating a connector for a compressed gas cartridge to which the compressed gas cartridge is connectable in sealed manner by means of a supply channel for the compressed gas flowing out of the compressed gas cartridge is provided which incorporates a regulating valve in the supply channel for governing the compressed gas stream through the supply channel. The regulating valve comprises a valve body which is sealed in a valve chamber with respect to a wall of the valve chamber by means of a first seal and is mounted in the valve chamber in displaceable manner. The valve body is connected on the upstream side thereof in sealed manner to a connector element by means of a second seal and also be displaceable with respect to the connector element by displacement thereof in the valve chamber.
