The invention relates to a module housing made of plastic, in particular a thermosetting polymer, with an embedded cooling element and at least one screw sleeve, which has a collar with an exposed mounting surface with which the module housing can be mounted on a support functioning as an external heat sink. The cooling element and the at least one screw sleeve form a monolithic element with which heat can be conducted from the cooling element to the support via at least the mounting surface.

An electronic selector lever module for generating gear shifting signals for an automatic transmission of a vehicle. The swivel motion of the gear selector lever, within a main shifting path, is transformed into rotational motion for an angle sensor. The sensor is positioned on a printed circuit board and is actuated by a rotor. To guide the rotor relative to the angle sensor, the rotor either surrounds a rounded part of the printed circuit board or surrounds a rotor guidance which is mounted on the printed circuit board. The mechanical linking point is a short sleeve at a slider, which both belong to the rotor, needed for the shifting path motion, and which also drive the tilting lever for the transverse motion. The slider can be moved, relative to the rotor, along rails, either radially and directly at the rotor, or tangentially to the pivot point of the rotor.

Electronic selector lever module

A connector for electrical and mechanical interconnection of first and second mechanically adjacent modules with one another. The first module includes a first electrical connector and an alignment pin and the second module includes a printed circuit board floatingly and displacably mounted on the second module with at least one alignment hole aligned for alignment with the alignment pin of the first module and a second electrical connector aligned for engagement with a corresponding first electrical connector of the first module. During assembly, the alignment pin of the first module engages the alignment hole of the second module and displaces the printed circuit board to align the second electrical connector with the first electrical connector.

Connector assembly for electrical and mechanical interconnection of modules

The invention relates to a sub-miniature switch including a housing, an actuator and terminals. The actuator protrudes from the housing at a position offset from the center of the housing. The terminals are electrically conductively coupled with fixed contacts (positioned within the housing). A contact maker is moved via the actuator and held in a first or second switching position by means of a bistable spring arrangement. An additional component, a separator or auxiliary actuator, is in snap-fit engagement with or clamped or glued in the cover of the housing and is pushed through by the actuator as the switch is operated. According to the present invention, the contact point of the fixed contacts is on a side of the housing which is opposite the actuator. The separator or auxiliary actuator is moved in the direction of the contact position by the actuator. Thus a structurally simple forced-opening capability is provided for the sub-miniature switch.

A gate change unit for generating gate-changing signals for an automatic gearbox comprises a cover, a gate which is located in the cover and which permits displacement movements and/or pivoting movements in a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction in the plane of the gate change unit, a gear change lever which is guided in the gate and can be displaced and/or pivoted in the longitudinal direction and/or the transverse direction, a housing or carrier part which is connected to the cover, and electrical switch elements, the electrical switch elements generating electrical gear change signals in accordance with the displacement of the gear change lever, which signals are used to control the automatic gearbox. The electrical switch elements are arranged directly on a conductive element, in the form of a printed circuit board or a conductive foil, which is connected to the housing or to the carrier part.
