Method for designing and machining a gear wheel, and corresponding machine tool and software

The invention relates to a hard finish machine () for hard finishing of a workpiece (), comprising at least two different hard finish tools () which are arranged on a tool spindle (), wherein the tool spindle () is arranged movable in the direction (Y) of its axis () on a tool carrier (), wherein the tool carrier () is translational movable relatively to a machine bed () and wherein the hard finish machine furthermore comprises cooling lubricant supplying means () for the supply of cooling lubricant to the machining region between the workpiece () and the hard finish tool (). To work in all possible tool and method combinations with optimized cooling lubricant supply conditions the invention proposes that the cooling lubricant supplying means () comprise at least a first cooling lubricant nozzle (9') having at least one opening for a stream of cooling lubricant and at least a second cooling lubricant nozzle (&#x2033;) having at least one opening for a stream of cooling lubricant, wherein the two cooling lubricant nozzles (&#x2033;) are arranged movable relatively to another in the direction (Y) of the axis () of the tool spindle ().

Hard finish machine for hard finishing of a workpiece

The invention relates to a hard finish machine () for hard finishing of a workpiece (), comprising at least two different hard finish tools () which are arranged on a tool spindle (), wherein the tool spindle () is arranged movable in the direction (Y) of its axis () on a tool carrier (), wherein the tool carrier () is translational movable relatively to a machine bed () and wherein the hard finish machine furthermore comprises cooling lubricant supplying means () for the supply of cooling lubricant to the machining region between the workpiece () and the hard finish tool (). To work in all possible tool and method combinations with optimized cooling lubricant supply conditions the invention proposes that the cooling lubricant supplying means () comprise at least one nozzle element (), wherein the nozzle element () comprises a nozzle chamber (), wherein the nozzle chamber () is limited by two facing wall elements () which define a stream exit opening () for the cooling lubricant and wherein at least one of the wall elements () is arranged movable for the variation of the stream exit opening ().

The invention relates to a grinding machine for grinding of a gear or of a gear-like workpiece, which has a grinding worm () with a tooth-shaped profile (), which consists at least partly from a dressable abrasive material and which is arranged rotatably on a grinding spindle, so that it can rotate around an axis of rotation (C) during grinding and a dressing device (), with which at least a part of the forming areas () of the grinding worm () can be profiled, wherein the dressing device () has a dressing spindle (), which bears a disk-shaped dressing tool (), so that it can rotate around an axis of rotation (B). To allow a faster dressing of the grinding worm the invention is characterized in that the grinding machine further has a dressing bar () which has a dressing edge (), wherein the form of the dressing edge () corresponds at least partly to the ideal envelope of the grinding worm ().
