The invention relates to a monitoring assembly for an electrical component, a semiconductor switch assembly having a monitoring function, and an energy system. An analysis unit () of the semiconductor switch assembly is configured to determine on the basis of a first voltage divider (), a second voltage divider (), and a measuring device (), a short circuit and/or a deviation from desired switched states in a first semiconductor switch () having a first inverse diode and a second semiconductor switch () having a second inverse diode, the semiconductor switches () being connected in series between an input terminal () and an output terminal () of the semiconductor switch assembly, in such a way that the inverse diodes thereof are arranged anti-serially. In addition, the semiconductor switch assembly is configured to determine, on the basis of a first switch (S) and a second switch (S), a corrective factor for establishing a balance between the first voltage divider () and the second voltage divider ().

A battery system having a battery pack with a negative pole, a positive pole and a battery cell, a coupling network having a first negative terminal and a first positive terminal, a pack voltage divider, and a coupling voltage divider. The first positive terminal is connectable to the positive pole via a switch. Optionally, the first negative terminal is connectable to the negative pole via a switch. The pack voltage divider includes a two resistors connected between the positive pole and a first reference point. A negative pack measurement resistor and a negative sub-pack measurement resistor are dis-connectable from the negative pole or the first reference point via a switch. A positive coupling measurement resistor and a positive sub-coupling measurement resistor are connected between the first positive terminal and the first reference point. Two resistors are connected between the first negative terminal and the first reference point.

The invention relates to a battery system () with a battery (), which is designed to supply a high voltage network () with electric energy, and a measuring device () for measuring at least one insulation resistance provided between the battery () and a housing of the battery (). The measuring device () is equipped with two measuring paths (), each of which is paired with one of two high-voltage connections () of the battery (), each of which comprises a series circuit that comprises a first resistor () and a relay (), and each of which is connected between the paired high-voltage connection () and a point () that has a housing potential. Furthermore, each series circuit has a semiconductor switch (). The measuring device () also has two functional modes in which the relays () of the measuring paths () are closed. When switched to a passive functional mode of the two functional modes, the measuring device () is designed to open each semiconductor switch () or to keep the semiconductor switch in an open state. When switched to an active functional mode of the two functional modes, the measuring device () is additionally designed to alternately open and close the semiconductor switches (), to measure a first voltage which drops over the first resistor () of each measuring path () when the semiconductor switch () of the corresponding measuring path () is closed, and to determine a corresponding insulation resistance of the battery () using each measured first voltage.
