The present invention relates to a device for a light-spectroscopic analysis of a sample, wherein said sample is, for example, a liquid sample. Said sample can be detected and/or analyzed photometrically, spectrophotometrically, fluorometrically, spectrofluorometrically and/or with the aid of phosphorescence or luminescence by means of such a device.

The invention relates to a device () for the light spectroscopic analysis of a small amount of a liquid sample, comprising a receiving point () for receiving small amounts of the liquid sample, and light conductors () which guide light of a light source to the sample and guide signal light from the sample in the direction of a detector, and is characterised in that an illumination source () is arranged below the receiving point (), and a region () below the receiving point () which is permeable for the light of the illumination source (), is provided such that the illumination light illuminates the receiving point ().

An apparatus () for analyzing, measuring the fluorescence, luminescence, phosphorescence, Raman scattering or absorption of a small amount, for example a drop, of a liquid sample () with the aid of light () which can be guided through the sample () and can then be detected or analyzed according to said measuring methods. Said apparatus comprises a sample holder which is at the top when in the position of use and has a receiving point () for applying or dripping the sample (), and a light inlet () for excitation light, said light inlet being horizontally oriented when in the position of use and below the sample holder (). The apparatus has a first device () which is downstream of the light inlet () in the beam path and is used to deflect the light upwards to a position to the side of the receiving point (), and second light deflection means () which guide the light beam coming from the bottom into the sample to be analyzed.

Apparatus for analysing a small amount of liquid

A multi-part injection mold () for producing a cuvette () or a receptacle vessel for liquid or gaseous media for spectroscopic, qualitative and/or quantitative analysis or measurement using a measuring region or measuring gap () through which radiation is able to penetrate is provided, with the cuvette being made of plastic through injection molding. To this end, the inner cavity or filling space () and the measuring gap () are formed and limited on the interior of the injection mold () by a contour core (), the thickness of which is limited to about one millimeter or less in the region () of the measuring gap (). The contour core () is held on the end () thereof having the smallest dimension during the injection molding process, initially by at least one support (), and retracted during the injection molding process after partial filling of the mold with plastic such that the lower continuation of the walls of the measuring gap () is formed.

Method and device for producing a cuvette and cuvette produced using said method

A device () for analysis of absorption measurement on small amounts, for example on a drop or droplet of a liquid medium () using light () is provided, with an upper planar location () for the application or dropping of the medium (), a light entry () in the housing () arranged beneath the location surface or receiving position () and a first device () in the light beam behind the light entry () for deflection of the light upwards to the receiving position () where a detachably mounted reflector () is also located. The device () for deflecting the light beam is designed such that the direction of the optical axis of the deflected light beam is oriented upwards toward the middle (M) of the device () and the inclined position of the optical axis of the light beam with regard to the device mid-point (M) is arranged to be directed at the position of the reflector () through which the longitudinal median (M) between the light entry () and the light exit from the device () extends. The height of the assembly of the device () relative to such a device in which the light is first deflected about a right angle and only then after a further direction change is directed at the receiving position () or the sample, is correspondingly lower.
