A step up switching converter is disclosed. The switching converter comprises a first semiconductor switch arranged in series connection with a storage inductor and a sensor resistor. The control electrode of the first semiconductor switch is connected via a resistor to the input voltage, the resistor constituting the operating resistor of a second semiconductor switch. The voltage drop of the sensor resistor is fed to the control electrode of the second semiconductor switch as an indicator of the current through the storage inductor, and that connection of the storage inductor connected to the first semiconductor switch being connected on the one hand via a rectifier diode to an output capacitor which carries the output voltage, and on the other hand via a series RC element to the control input of the second semiconductor switch.

Step up switching converter

Switching converter to convert an input direct current (U) into at least one output direct current (U), wherein an internal auxiliary voltage (U, U) is derived from at least one auxiliary winding (W, W) of a transformer (Tr), a controllable load element (BAL) is provided for the output voltage, and a stop signal (s) can be fed to turn the output voltage of the switching converter ON/OFF, which is used to connect the load element (BAL) to the output direct current to such an extent that a short-circuit-like condition is produced, in which the output voltage (U) is adequately close to null, but the at least one auxiliary voltage (U, U) is adequately high to supply the units associated therewith.

Switching converter having a controllable load element

An electronic device (GER) with a housing (GEH), in which at least one circuit substrate (STT) is provided with an assembly side (BES), whereby at least one electronic component (BAU) is arranged on the assembly side, whereby an essentially plate-like cooling element (KUE) made of metal is arranged on the inside of a side wall (SEI) of the housing (GEH) opposite the assembly side (BES) and running essentially parallel to the circuit substrate (STT), said cooling element being connected thermally in the assembled state to the at least one component (BAU) arranged on the assembly side (BES).

The invention relates to a former and a coil for printed circuit board assembly, consisting of a prismatic or cylindrical coil form for at least one coil and a foot part, which is configured as one piece with the coil form, at least sections of said part protruding externally above the coil form. According to the invention, connecting wires for the coil or coils are formed from the coil wire and their ends are configured as solder terminals, which are housed and held in wire guides of the foot part.

Former and coil for printed circuit board assembly

The invention relates to a mounting element (MON) for joining a component (BAU) to a circuit carrier (STR). Said mounting element (MON) comprises a receiving element (AUF) which enables it to be joined to a section (ABS) of the component (BAU) in a positive fit. Said mounting element (MON) comprises at least one snap hook (SH, SH) which can be engaged in a mounting opening (MOE) of the circuit carrier (STR).
